The price was great for getting an apartment to myself. :D It was also only like a 10 minute walk from the train station and really close to a 7/1.

清掃が行き届いていた。備え付けの延長コードに沢山プラグを刺すことができてが充電は全く困らなかった。テレビの向きが自由に動かせてとても良かった。浴室乾燥機があったので梅雨時期でも毎日同じズボン履けて荷物も少なくできて助かった。
特になし。駅まで少し歩くので強い雨の時は少し大変かも。
I am so grateful to Izumi (host) and the housekeeper at this stay for finding and sending back my Apple Watch. I left it in my hurry to get to the airport and I believed it was lost forever! That sort of hospitality rarely happens at hotels in America. I am very grateful for this kindness.
This hotel is clean, spacious, and has a kitchen area as well as a washer/dryer/drying bar. We also really appreciated that the bathroom had a function to dry clothing (so cool!). The check-in instructions were provided to us through booking.com well in advance. You will have to send passport information to the host, but booking.com had a pop-up message that said that I should not send any information through their site (email is better). The host also provided detailed instructions, with photos, on how to get to the stay.
I would recommend that anyone stay at this location and we plan to stay again when we can visit.

Great location overall, silent, with walking distance to Ikebukuro center or few minute walk to green JR line (JY) which allows easy access to whole Tokyo. Stairs were a bit narrow but that's to be expected from central Tokyo. Clean place, comfortable beds, no issues with Wi-Fi (used on both iPhone and Android).
此間旅店離車站約有10分鐘的路程,上下樓梯很窄,對於帶大行李的我們有點不方便,其他部份都尚滿意.
附近有幾間超市都開到很晚,超商也滿近的,所以整體算是性價比滿高的!
位置離大塚站步行5、6分鐘
周圍都是住宅區環境不錯離便利商店也很近
房間乾淨設備很完整。
因為需要爬樓梯如果有帶大行李的需要考慮一下～

部屋がずっと臭かった。部屋の掃除も悪くないけど、良くも無い。
Wi-Fiは遅くて使えない。
ファイヤースティックあったけど使えない。
立地と部屋自体は良いのに、手入れが行き届いて無いのが惜しいなと思いました。
格安の部屋だったら、このクオリティでも良いんですけどね。
This was a very clean and modern, well-designed 3-story apartment building with 8 units. There were windows on 3 sides, and the main window looked out over the street. All transactions were done over the internet; there was no onsite staff. The remote staff were very responsive and quickly fixed a TV signal outage which occurred. The apartment was equipped with all the basic amenities I needed like towels, soaps, TV, remote controls for the aircon, light, and TV, and even basic kitchen utensils and dinnerware for the built-in IH range. There was also a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and a bathroom which had a clothes drying function. The location was a very easy and scenic 7-minjte walk from Otsuka Station along the Toden Arakawa tram line which was lined with roses at this time of the year. So it was more like an Airbnb than a hotel or weekly mansion, but still one of the best places I've ever stayed at in Japan, and I've stayed at a lot of places over the last 30 years.
There was no elevator and the staircase was narrow, but the narrowness actually made it safer because you could lean against the walls when carrying a heavy suitcase, and there were frequent landings because it was a square spiral staircase. The bathroom and toilet fans could not be turned off, but the noise wasn't loud with the doors closed.
The room was very comfortable. We also had an extra sofa to use whenever we wanted to rest, toilette is separated by the rest of the bath but it was not a problem. Everything was working fine and the surroundings were great! Lovely views of a safe and calm Tokyo, but at the same time really close (10 min walk) from the center of Ikebukuro, one of the newest neighborhood of Tokyo, great experience. Staff was also very kind, we also didn't really know how to manage the trash due to visiting other places, but they did for us at the end of the trip. I can't give less than 10 for this price. We will come back.

沒有電梯，樓梯也比較窄一點，大型行李可能要慎選

There was no knife in the kitchen. If sure if I’d asked for one, it would have been provided immediately. The communication was excellent.
