Perfect spot to stay!
Pros:

The location was easy to reach and departure from the airport for me by taxi and for the location I needed to visit, the hotel is surrounded by much restaurants , 7 eleven, easy to reach the centre, the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful, my bedroom was just perfect!

Le personnel est très serviable même si la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parle pas anglais. Avec les outils de traduction on s'en sort très bien

Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else unless you are staying for a night, I don’t recommend.
Pros:

So I rented two rooms. 1 deluxe room and 1 twin room. The main positive thing about this place is that it is relatively close to a lot of shops and food locations.

Cons:

So you get what you pay for. First and foremost, the bathrooms are disgusting. The drains smell very foul no matter the amount of times that house keeping would come in and the shower flood the entire area including the toilet. There is NO towels. Even the hostles provide you with better towels. The room has no ventilation at all and it gets warm very fast. The bidet hardly works. The bed was not comfortable at all. There is no ice cream of food provided other than cup noodles and fountain sodas and coffee. Also there is no privacy for the bathrooms.

Pros:

Я уже второй раз в этом отеле. Все очень удобно. И номер, и круглосуточная стойка ресепшена, и вокруг много кафе и магазинов. До метро 12 минут пешком. Все отлично.

Cons:

Когда я была первый раз, то давали мороженое. Очень жаль, что теперь нет мороженого.

Excellent for the price.
Pros:

Great price, location and facilities. Despite not knowing a lot of english, staff was very kind. Overall very recommended place to stay at Incheon :))

Kind & friendly staffs, and the late check-out time
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely kind. A lovely young lady especially went out of her way to help me resolve an issue with my phone. I also really appreciated the late check-out. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you so much 😍🥰
