Waited for 50 minutes then demanded a room and no apologies were given
Pros:

The attendant who tidied our room on Saturday morning performed an outstanding job, though we did not encounter her. Our room number was 502. I genuinely hope she receives a pay increase.

Cons:

We waited for 50 minutes before accessing our room after being handed keys to search for a suitable accommodation, subsequent to voicing our dissatisfaction, and we were utterly drained. The initial key granted access to the first floor, which regrettably had not been adequately sanitized ☹️. Water was present on the bathroom floor, accompanied by hair, and devoid of a table and chairs. The cleaning personnel was preoccupied with a phone call, not attending to my inquiries, and only reacted when she observed my departure.

There was no mirror in our room. We had to use the elevator mirror (up and down between elevator and room) till you done dressing up. It was a bit annoying

Cons:

Noisy neighbour's, like teenage kids shouting in the afternoon, also loud cars kn the street. bed no headboard, no coffee or sugar in the room, your room might not be cleaned, broken door, NO BREAKFAST, order in restaurant. Old bed.
