Pros:

Everything was good, from the service to the cleanliness and overall experience.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest improving is the bed, as it wasn’t very comfortable.

Pros:

The room was very clean. The reception ladies were friendly

Cons:

When someone is taking a shower in a room near yours you cant shower because water doesn’t come out in a shower in your room, I had to wait till they finished bathing.The bathroom door wasn’t working

Customer service . The lady (Mandisa ) at reception was so welcoming and so expectional.

Cons:

No privacy and too much noise plus kids playing all around the place . Another thing someone randomly knocked and tried to open my door during the middle of the night
