Only the bed

Broken plugs, old furniture, broken chair...
Old doors and the room was not what I expected plus the carpet had stains ,plus there was no table and chair as it was advertised in booking.com , worse the AC was broken I had to change rooms , even the room I was given was nonsense. I did not enjoy my stay and I did not enjoy my money's worth instead of a hotel it felt like I was in a run down motel. Do better please and before the receptionist gives someone a key to their room be sure to check if it's in good condition

The room we were in there was no headboard no remote for air conditioning and tv ther was no towel they gave us 4 sleepers the bed was not comfortable it looked like a abandoned room

I hated been there and I don't think I will ever visit the hotel again

I didn't like anything I have to fight to get what I want, I did mention that I will be arriving between 6 and 7 am but when i get there I was told to wait until my room was ready, and I told them I can't WAIT in was gavin a room that was very smelly and no, i was not happy at all.

the lady with dreads she needs to learn customer care, room G5, the fact that i have to act like a bitch to get a room a paid for and when we do the microwave is not working and it was one thing that i ask for, R50 voucher for breakfast and after fighting that when it was made R150, itjo i didn't enjoy been there same, and Noice my God
