Hotel ligger bra i centrum, , nära till stranden, kommunikation med hotel var dålig, svarade efter 2 dagar på helt annat

Utsikten från balkongen, bekväma sängar

Cons:

Städerskan har inte kontroll över badrumsartiklar, ( toapapper köpte själv)frukost för 5 stjärnor var dåligt ( liten utbud)

Cons:

They have a spa center, but it looks much better in the photos than it does in reality, so we didn’t want to use it.
They also don’t offer massages.

We decided to rest in the afternoon, but our relaxation was ruined by maintenance workers making a lot of noise while repairing the hallway lights in the hotel.
The housekeeping staff were also cleaning during breakfast time.

There should be a bit more consideration for guests who come to relax, unwind, and enjoy their stay.

Good and excellent, The young beautiful lady Perth and Night strong guy was very supportive.

Lokalizacja super, wszedzie blisko

Cons:

Śniadanie ☹️ wszystko zimne , jak na 5 gwiazdek bardzo ubogie , w zasadzie zaden wybór. Od 7 rano na hotelowych korytarzach bardzo głośna muzyka , normalni ludzie spia jeszcze o tej porze, a nawet jesli nie to w jakim celu ta muzyka ? Przy zameldowaniu, chcieliśmy zapłacić za pobyt , dziwnym trafem zepsuty terminal dla płatności w euro. Zapłaciliśmy przy wymeldowaniu , terminal w dalszym ciągu "nie dziala" . Zapytali czy możemy zapłacić w ich walucie. Okazało się że ot tak doliczyli sobie 20 euro.

Perfektes Hotel in Saranda ❤️

Die Lage und die Aussicht sowie die Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption ;)

Pros:

Het is een hoog gebouw waar maar een paar verdiepingen hotel zijn (de rest vermoedelijk appartementen) Wij zaten op de 14e verdieping. Super mooi uitzicht.
De locatie vlak bij de boulevard.
Het is schoon. Parkeergarage onder het gebouw.

Cons:

Het personeel is wat onpersoonlijker als in andere hotels in Albanië.
In het restaurant op de 15e wordt gerookt. Het ontbijtbuffet is wat simpel voor een 5* hotel. Als je cappuccino wil ipv gewone koffie moet je betalen (nergens in Albanië meegemaakt)

Bon emplacement et super vue
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien
Le personnel est correcte
La vue depuis le 15 eme étage est très belle
Le spa et la piscine sont sympas

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu juste pour un 5 étoiles
Toujours la même chose et parfois pas de buffet
Communication pas toujours facile en anglais mais ça va.

- Отель конечно не 5 звезд, но крепкая 4-ка
- Администратор на ресепшене очень мила и профессиональна
- Действительно чисто
- Красивый вид из окна
- Место расположения отеля
- Паркинг

Cons:

- Из номера пропал крем для лица и расческа, очень странный набор для кражи, но факт остается фактом: вещей нет. Поэтому все что вам дорого, убирайте в сейф.
- В номере при заезде двух человек была только одна бутылка воды и больше ее не приносили в течении 4х дней.
- Клининг забрал халаты и больше не вернул.
- Завтраки состоят из яиц и яиц, на третий день от них уже дурно.

Chambre impeccable avec une vue sur le port de plaisance au 15 ème étage.piscine et sauna appréciable mais assez petit. Petit déjeuner excellent. Personnel tres disponible.
