Toer Hotel & SPA

The bed didn’t have blanket and when we asked for one they gave us a weird one not like the white normal one all the hotels provide and it was too small for queen bed.
The tv couldn’t be connected to wifi and didn’t work in any other way.
The bathroom didn’t include dental kits which should be there as this hotel is five stars and the slippers were torn right aways when we used it.
The curtains were not black out and the room walls were too thin so you can hear anyone outside.

This is absolutely not a 5-star experience.

The Room & Amenities: The room was small and not as advertised. It lacked basic amenities: no kettle, no tea, no minibar items (just an empty fridge), and no blanket initially (I had to fetch one myself from reception). The bedside sockets don't fit standard cables, the room is not soundproof as advertised, we could hear everything from the corridor and the streets, and the drapes didn't cover the window, compromising privacy and letting in the morning sun.
The Bathroom: There were no proper toiletries (only two bottles of shampoo). The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, and the bathroom light flickered before failing completely.
Staff & Service: The staff is poorly trained and unknowledgeable. Housekeeping ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign and walked right into my room without apologizing. Furthermore, a dead bug sat in front of our door for two days without being cleaned.
Facilities: The elevator has zero airflow. Wifi stopped working on our second day with no return.

The view from the restaurant is great, but you can visit the restaurant without staying at the hotel. We will never stay here again.

Tenías que coger ascensor si o si habían solo dos para todo el hotel era súper lento con ruido y me daba pánico usarlo ya que estaba en el piso número 14. Cada vez que íbamos a bajar o a subir nos pegábamos 3 horas esperando por el ascensor me parece un poco caro pero es verdad que por todo lo demás súper bien.

Accueil froid des notre arrivée,
Problème avec les interrupteurs dans la chambre, pas de petites bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, d'ailleurs le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. Problème d'ascenseur, la lumière s'éteint parfois

בלילה היה רעש של מכוניות ואופנועים מהכביש .
בארוחת הבוקר קפוצינו לא מוגש עולה כסף.

O café da manhã é tipo buffet, porém senti falta de frutas frescas e de café de máquina.

Leider gibt es rund um die Zimmer der 15ten Etage eine Beleuchtung während der ganzen Nacht. Die Vorhänge verdunkeln dieses Licht nicht ganz.

Leaking air conditioning
Damaged shower head that was never fixed despite reporting. We were offered another room change but to change to a third room on a 5 day stay was too inconvenient to be moving rooms each day rather than experiencing Albania

Staff were nice but not helpful and we didn’t see the point to raise any further issues with them as we felt nothing would be resolved with them
Contacted the property online and they have yet to reply

La primera noche y a pesar de tener puesto el cartel NO MOLESTEN, nos llamó insistentemente la chica de la limpieza porque queria arreglar la habitacion.
La segunda noche a las 5 de la madrugada, empezó a caer agua del techo, nos cambiaron de habitacion pero no pudimos descansar. La habitacion que nos cambiaton, era mas pequeña y tebia la puerta del baño rota, te quedabas encerrado dentro sin opcion a salir excepto si alguien venia a abrirte.
Hubo un apagon y nos quedamos encerrados en el ascensor.
Como nos quejamos, la chica dw recepcion nos compensó con una cena.
Aun esperamos respuesta del manager, al que enviamos un email explicando nuestra experiencia

Rude staff,
Room lock didn’t work (we slept and left valuable things in an unlocked room) staff wasn’t helpful, only after several calls.
A/C didn’t work maintenance guy came and said it’s good enough and left
They lie about the sauna and massage being open (even said sauna was open on booking and morning of arrival, and the same evening when we tried to go they said it’s not working)
