Chat function used chatbot, making communication difficult.
Curtain had been removed from bedroom, making room unusable due to light coming in.
No AC and poor pedestal fans, making very uncomfortable.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso: appartamento accogliente, posizione perfetta e un’esperienza a Praga davvero indimenticabile.
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. La posizione è stata un vero punto di forza: centrale, comoda per raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni di Praga e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici.
Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host sempre rapida e cortese. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la tranquillità della zona e la comodità dei servizi nelle vicinanze.
Un’ottima soluzione sia per coppie che per famiglie. Se dovessimo tornare a Praga, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo. Consigliatissimo!

Pros:

Good location in a quiet courtyard, close to thr metro station, Billa, and within walking distance from anything really.

Cons:

Photos on booking.com were a bit deceptive. Loft ceiling is low so head injuries to be expected.
