Poorly run local hotel - not worth what they charge
Pros:

The restaurant area is nice, food is good and the breakfast is as shown. Waiting staff is kind, so is reception.

Cons:

The listing does not fully reflect the property or the experience. The property/rooms are apparently spread across multiple buildings. What is listed on booking.com is the main building, but as many customers reported in other reviews, other rooms or apartments are in older buildings and this is not specified in the description. Our apartment was above the garage with hardly any view (photo attached).
The beach is poorly maintained- while it certainly speaks more for customers throwing garbage on the sand - it is not cleaned and there are wasps flying in between the beds. The umbrellas/beach loungers are nowhere near enough for the amount of customers, so the description says it’s included but it’s a first in best dressed early in the morning.
We raised the issue of the apartment location- including the bed smell from the toilet - to management and the answer we had was to take it with booking.com as they provided information. On the last day we asked if it was possible to have some packaged snacks/breakfast an hour before the start of breakfast as we were headed early to the airport and both receptionists informed it could be arranged. On the morning there was not only no breakfast prepared, but the manager said it was an unreasonable ask (we asked, not demanded).

It was absolutely beautiful and amazing.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we left.
The staff truly deserves the highest praise. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. You can really see how much effort they put into making every guest feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The entire hotel is beautifully maintained, and everything feels well organized.
The restaurant was fantastic. The food was delicious with a great variety. The waiters provided exceptional service. The level of hospitality throughout the hotel is truly outstanding.
The hotel beach is beautiful. The beach area has sunbeds and hotel provides beach towels. You can also order a cocktail or fruit plate to your sunbed.
Another thing we really appreciated was how helpful the hotel was with everything we needed. They can arrange taxis quickly and it’s also possible to book day trips and excursions directly through the hotel, which is very convenient.
Overall, this hotel operates on a very high standard in every aspect. Excellent service, wonderful staff and delicious food. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitation and would happily return again.

Pros:

Strandbaren var fantastisk. Fint och modernt. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och försökte alltid möta dina behov. Vid incheckning fick vi bra tips från personalen. Städpersonalen var otroligt trevliga och gulliga.

Cons:

Stranden var inte fin, mycket smuts i vattnet och alger. Full strand. Solstolarna på hotellet tar slut väldigt fort, det var som en fight varje dag att behöva vakna tidigt för att ta solstolar. Det verkar som att hotellet öppnar upp stranden för allmänheten, då betalar icke hotellgäster 7 euro. Men det leder till att solstolarna inte räcker till hotellgäster. Vi tillbringade de flesta dagarna på andra stränder eftersom det ofta var fullt eller äckligt i vattnet. Stranden är även tätt packad med solstolar. Byggnaden var billigt byggt, mycket små konstiga saker i bygget. Vattentemperaturen fungerade inte i duschen, ena sekunden blev det iskallt, andra kokhett.

Geen 5 sterren en het geld niet waard
Pros:

De kamers waren ruim en schoon. De directe toegang naar het strand was leuk en er waren voldoende strandbedden. De zee is heel ondiep wat het veilig maakt voor kinderen en er staat een schommel in zee dus ze hebben direct een herkenningspunt

Cons:

De familiekamers zitten in een apart gebouw, dat vuil is op veel verdiepingen. We sliepen naast de lift en deden geen oog dicht. De lift is trouwens heel gammel. We kregen gelukkig wel een nieuwe kamer de tweede nacht in het hoofdgebouw.
De buurt is niet goed onderhouden en voelt marginaal aan (niet onveilig) en ligt ver van het centrum of de wandelboulevard.
Je moet je sleutels afgeven van je auto omdat deze moet verzet kunnen worden omdat er niet voldoende parkeerplaatsen zijn en wagens dus geblokkeerd worden.

Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the beach. There's a very good beach bar on the beach, with beach chairs for hotel guests. Breakfast has a very wide selection and the food is very tasty. The accommodation is very clean. Service at reception, in the restaurant, and at breakfast is excellent. Good value for money. Free parking available in the hotel's parking lot.

Die direkte Strandlage sowie zwei Mitarbeiter der Bar, die stets freundlich und bemüht waren. Das Angebot in der Bar war groß und die Getränke sowie Speisen gut.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist für mich der beste Beweis dafür, dass man sich leider nicht mehr auf Bewertungen verlassen kann. Ich kann absolut nicht nachvollziehen, wie diese Unterkunft so viele positive Bewertungen erhalten konnte.

Bereits beim Check-in erhält man kaum Informationen oder eine Einweisung. Wir wurden im Nebengebäude untergebracht, das eher an eine heruntergekommene Absteige als an ein Hotel erinnert.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig: Sand am Boden und auf dem Sofa, eine verschmutzte Klobrille sowie eine Klobürste mit Rückständen der vorherigen Gäste.

Der Duschkopf war defekt und spritzte in alle Richtungen, wodurch nach jeder Dusche das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Wir meldeten den Defekt direkt am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption. Der Mitarbeiter hörte uns kaum zu und unterhielt sich stattdessen lieber mit seiner Kollegin. Uns wurde versprochen, dass der Duschkopf repariert wird – passiert ist jedoch nichts. Erst nachdem wir den Mangel ein zweites Mal meldeten, wurde uns erklärt, dass der Techniker nicht gekommen sei und der Eigentümer den Duschkopf selbst getauscht habe. Eine Entschuldigung oder irgendeine Form der Wiedergutmachung gab es nicht.

Außerdem wird damit geworben, dass Liegen am Strand inklusive sind. Das bringt allerdings wenig, wenn viel zu wenige vorhanden sind. Bereits um 9 Uhr morgens waren alle Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert, sodass wir den Strand an einem Tag gar nicht nutzen konnten und stattdessen einen Ausflug machen mussten.

Die Unterkunft bezeichnet sich als hundefreundlich. Davon haben wir leider nichts gemerkt. Mit unserem Hund wurden wir von Mitarbeitern und teilweise auch von Gästen eher kritisch angesehen. Viele Mitarbeiter machten sogar einen großen Bogen um ihn, als hätten sie Angst vor Hunden.

Der Service an der Bar war – mit Ausnahme von zwei Mitarbeitern – sehr langsam und unmotiviert. Bestellungen wurden vergessen und man wartete oft lange, bis überhaupt jemand kam.

Es hatte nichts für Kinder.
Für Kleinkinder gab es beim Morgenbuffet nicht mal ein Jogurt.
Das Zimmer war in einem Gebäude neben an, uns es war eine Wohnung und kein Hotelzimmer.
Wen man etwas beanstandet hat, interessierte es das Personal nicht.
Strom und Wasser hatte es immer wieder mal nicht, so das wir den Kinderwagen bis in den 5. Stock tragen mussten.
Für 200€ pro Nacht erwartet man einiges mehr und nicht nur en trostloses Zimmer. In der Beschreibung war es mit Meerblick beschrieben, aber den hatte man nur seitlich wenn man sich über den Balkon lehnte.
