Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirme sowie mit Pavillons, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber, die Restaurants um das Hotel sind fussläufig zu erreichen sowie die Geschäfte und in dem Viertel die Einkaufsstraße, das Hotel ist auf jedenfall einen Urlaub Wert, danke an Vanessa, dem Manager und dem restlichen Staff

Overall good stay, highlight was the beach restaurant, let down by the breakfast and room facilities
Pros:

The highlight was the restaurant area by the beach, it was very aesthetically pleasing and the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE.

The rooms were nice, however the bathroom was poorly designed and every time you shower the water goes everywhere on the bathroom floor. The bathrooms also looked unfinished.

As mentioned the restaurant area on the beach was amazing, the best food we had on our trip thus far. All the seafood was so fresh and the portions were really big. The waiters were all friendly and gave great food recommendations from the menu and checked up on how everything was going through the meal.

Overall it was a good stay but there is lots of improvement to be made.

Cons:

The hotel was nice, however there is still construction going on so it does feel a bit weird being at the hotel facilities on the beach or in your room and there are builders around and working.

While the restaurant food is incredible, the buffet breakfast that is included it falls VERY short compared to the food from the restaurant. The breakfast was cold each morning even if you arrived at 8am when the breakfast opens, none of the food warmers worked and all the usual “hot breakfast foods” were ice cold. There also was a limited selection of things and nothing was labelled so you were very unsure as to what there was available.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, au bord de la mer. Le bar sur la terrasse devant l'hôtel est très agréable, surtout après une journée de visite. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Un parking est disponible en sous-sol et l'accès est sécurisé.

Cons:

Assez loin du centre de Vloré.

Schöner Aufenthalt nach Anfangsproblemen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Strand. Frühstück war sehr gut und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sehr schön. Es werden Badetücher bei der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal bei der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Leider hat es bei unserem Zimmer Probleme gegeben. Wir erhielten nicht das Zimmer, das wir gebucht hatten und zudem wurde vor uns im Zimmer geraucht, sodass es sehr stank. Das musste der Reinigung auffallen. Wir reklamierten das und erhielten im Nebengebäude ein alternatives, deutlich größeres Zimmer.

Pros:

Rundum schönes Hotel mit super bequemen Strandliegen. Der Restaurantbereich hat uns besonders gut gefallen, dort kann man auch Mittag- und Abendessen zu sehr angemessenen Preisen. Die Rezeption unterstützt bei Problemen und findet eine Lösung.

Cons:

Es gab eine Kellnerin, die einem immer einfach alles auf den Tisch geknallt hat…
jegliches anderes Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Location perfect . Towels for the loungers included . Very clean everywhere. Rooms spacious , shower powerful . Beautiful restaurant and bar area . All staff friendly and helpful.

Great stay
Pros:

Although the hotel and location were lovely, the staff were the ones that made our holiday. They were friendly, chatty and helpful.

Cons:

Our room itself was lovely, although small and not a lot of places to hang towels and stow suitcases, we were in another building to the main hotel and the middle floors were set aside for accommodation and were quite tatty. We only saw it when we used the stairs. When we used the lift, we didn't see this.

2 entspannte Strandtage bevor es zurück nach Tirana zum Flughafen ging.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt - direkt am Sandstrand. Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, die zweite Nacht eine Penthouse Suite im Haus dahinter. Ausstattung sehr gut. Am Strand gab es ausreichend Liegen und auch Daybeds. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, bis auf den Kaffee, der war leider im Vergleich mit dem leckeren Kaffee, den wir sonst in Albanien getrunken haben, etwas dünn. Wir haben einmal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, das Outdoor-Restaurant ist schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Das Essen war lecker. Zum Abschluss gab es einen großen Früchteteller auf's Haus. Das fand ich eine sehr schöne Geste.

Cons:

Der Strandabschnitt am Hotel war sehr schön und sauber, aber Richtung Vlore Hafen war er doch recht verschmutzt.

Cons:

Unser Apartment kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es hatte zwar eine grosse Küche, aber keinerlei Utensilien, nicht einmal Besteck. Das zweite Bad schien unfertig: keinerlei Hacken für die Handtücher, keine WC-Papier-Halterung,..
Und keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer. Nach 3x fragen und insistieren konnte dann doch ein dickerer Vorhang aufgetrieben werden, ansonsten hätten unsere Kinder nicht geschlafen.
Evt sind die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude besser.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist hervorragend, und der hoteleigene Strandabschnitt sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber und gepflegt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aufgrund der schönen Lage, der Sauberkeit und des ausgezeichneten Services gerne weiterempfehlen.
