An amazing experience with a sandy beach
Pros:

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. 10/10 for a 4-star hotel. The room was very stylish, everything worked smoothly: water, light, an A/C. We had a suite with a sea view on the 7th floor with a balcony- amazing. They cleaned the room every day if you need it. The breakfast was enough: bread, buns, cereals, cheese/ham/feta cheese, eggs (scrambled/ omelette/ boiled), sausages, boiled potatoes, tomatoes/ cucumbers, sweets, fruits. It is very close to the beach, and it is incredible. A Sandy beach with a swing right in water for perfect pictures, it is great for kids cz it has a shallow natural “swimming pool” then you have the sea. It is so good you don’t want to leave it even though it is not so blueish. The water is clear and warm (the weather in the beginning of September was up to 33 degrees Celsius). It has enough sunbeds for everyone and you get fresh towels every day, they clean the beach area and sand 👍 Moreover next to your hotel you have everything you need: a local supermarket (better have their local cash but card is also possible), a bakery, lots of restaurants, an exchange currency nearby, souvenirs. And the hotel has its own transfer service from/to the airport 👍 To sum it up, I recommend this hotel and would like to come there again.

Great first experience of Albania
Pros:

Perfect location. Beautiful room with side view of the sea. Staff very helpful and friendly. Especially the young waiter in the restaurant on the beach. Food was exceptional, freshly cooked and beautifully presented.

Cons:

Only one suggestion, more hooks in the bathroom and a few more hangers.

Żałowaliśmy, że to tylko jedna noc
Pros:

Hotelowe leżaki i parasole tuż przy wyjściu z restauracji, plaża piaszczysta, morze w pobliżu z długą płycizną co było idealne dla dzieci, pokoje czyste, taras przestronny, obsługa przemiła, śniadanie ok.

Our room was clean but i would suggest them to change everyday and the bed sheets as they where changing the towels.

Ruhig, familienfreundlich, keine gute Lage, gemütliche Strandbar
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Vlore in mitten mehrere neugebauten Hotels und Restaurants an einer vielbefahrenen Straße.
Für den Fußweg in die Stadt benötigt man etwa 40 Minuten. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und ruhig. Positiv ist die tägliche Zimmerreinigung und die nette Zimmerdame. Gegessen haben wir in den nahe liegenden Restaurants.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und man bekommt jeden Tag neue Strandhandtücher. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem. Die Strandbar ist richtig schön gestaltet und gemütlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück gibt es Plastik- und Pappbecher für Saft und Kaffee. Nachhaltigkeit wird hier noch nicht gelebt. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend, aber nicht mit europäischem Standard zu vergleichen. Es gab warmen Orangensaft aus Plastikflaschen. Aber um ehrlich zu bleiben trotzdem das bisher beste Frühstück in Albanien.
Die Fahrt zum Hotel erfolgt über ein Gewerbegebiet und hinter dem Hotel führt eine viel befahrene Straße. Die seitliche Meersicht war praktisch nicht vorhanden; vom Balkon aus im 3. Obergeschoss haben wir der Familie gegenüber in die Wohnung geschaut.
Am hoteleigenen Strand stehen Liegen dicht an dicht, allerdings ist auch das anscheinend zu wenig, denn bereits um 9 Uhr morgens waren sämtliche Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert. Leider hat man die Leute zu den Handtüchern mitunter erst am Nachmittag am Strand gesehen. Das muss vom Hotel besser organisiert werden.
Das Bad war sehr sanierungsbedürftig und weitab vom modernen Standard und den vier Sternen. Wir hatten Schimmelränder ums Waschbecken, abgerissene Toilettenpapierhalterungen und abgegriffene Türklinken.
Das Hotel wirbt mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Unser Auto wurde hinter dem Hotel bei einem Quad-Verleiher in zweiter Reihe abgestellt, sodass wir, ohne das Personal zu fragen, nicht allein und zu jeder Zeit wegfahren konnten.
Das Hotel hat aus meiner Sicht nicht einmal zwei Sterne verdient.
Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können das Hotel leider auch niemandem empfehlen.

Non è un hotel a 4 stelle!! Big scam
Pros:

Posizione comoda, vicino al mare. Molti bar e ristoranti buoni nella zona, lettini in spiaggia comodi.

Cons:

Prima di arrivare abbiamo contattato la struttura per prenotare una macchina in affitto (loro stessi ci avevano inviato un messaggio su Booking dicendo di affidarci a loro!), ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta ne’ via mail, ne’ tramite Booking, ne’ telefonicamente. La stanza non corrispondeva alle foto di Booking. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con due camere separate, ma le camere non erano separate, bensì erano comunicanti. Eravamo in un edificio affianco all’edificio principale, estremamente fatiscente, con porta d’ingresso sempre aperta. Poteva accederci chiunque. Le maniglie delle porte della nostra stanza (sia bagno, sia camera da letto, sia porta di ingresso) si staccavano! Gli snack nel frigorifero erano immangiabili, cioccolato sciolto e riposto nel frigorifero. Altra nota negativa il parcheggio: dovevamo lasciare le chiavi alla reception perché in realtà non c’è alcun parcheggio riservato all’hotel, ma spostano le macchine come pare e piace a loro per fare spazio ad altre vetture. Servizio bar in spiaggia estremamente lento. La colazione sembrava ok, prima che tutti noi ci ritrovassimo a vomitare per tutta la giornata per una intossicazione alimentare. Non lo consiglio. Sicuramente non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Nemmeno 3 stelle.

Pros:

Klimat hotelu-boho jest bardzo fajny. Śniadania bardzo dobre. Parking podziemny. Leżaki, ręczniki w cenie. A najlepszy to personel: bardzo mili, uprzejmi. Utknęliśmy w windzie i reakcja była wzorowa.

Cons:

Klimatyzacja tylko w pokoju, nie bylo w sypialni, co nie dawało schłodzić do spania. Z prysznica ledwo leciała woda. Brak wieszaków w łazience.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel lag etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, wenn man jedoch entspannt seine Tage verbringen möchte, ist die Lage optimal.
Die Parksituation gestaltete sich anfangs etwas schwierig, doch das Personal half jederzeit mit dem Ein- und Ausparken (u.a. in die Tiefgarage).
Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, sehr geräumig und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war einmalig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde reichlich aufgetafelt und auch regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Um es etwas ruhiger zu haben, konnte man das Frühstück mit nach draußen nehmen.
Ebenso positiv waren die hoteleigenen Strandliegen.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück herrschte immer ein sehr hoher Andrang und teilweise war es sehr laut im Speisesaal. Für Kaffee und Säfte wurden Plastik- und Pappbecher bereitgestellt.
Die Putzfrau war in ihrer Arbeit sehr ambitioniert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes kam sie immer zwischen 08:00 und 08:30 Uhr ohne Anklopfen in unser Zimmer.
