Pros:

I had a wonderful 4 - day stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The service was truly excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile.

The location is perfect — right in the prime area and very close to the main tourist attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots. Transportation was very convenient, with easy access to taxis, buses, and other services nearby.

The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

A special thanks to Tony and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and care throughout my stay. They made me feel very welcome and looked after me so well.

I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely love to visit again and stay at the same place in the future. Highly recommended!

For the money you might find plenty of better places in the area
Pros:

Spacious room, helpful staff

Cons:

Barely functional AC, very hot room with AC to max on turbo, concave mattress, loud noise until 3 am on streets next door. Breakfast included was a joke, poor taste and quality so I bought mine from the menu wich was not great either. No balcony just a window opening on a guard rail.
