Avevamo prenotato un appartamento specifico, scelto per la sua posizione, fondamentale per i tour e le attività già organizzate a Londra. L’host ci aveva assicurato che il giorno prima dell’arrivo avremmo ricevuto il codice di accesso. Non ricevendo nulla, abbiamo scritto più volte, anche dall’aeroporto, senza ottenere risposta.
Il check-in iniziava alle 15:00 e alle 15:30, mentre stavamo raggiungendo l’appartamento, ci è stato comunicato che non era più disponibile e siamo stati spostati dall’altra parte di Londra.
La sistemazione alternativa, 25 Minutes to Central London Rooms 35, non era nemmeno un appartamento, ma una stanza con bagno e cucina condivisi. Le condizioni erano indecenti: forte odore di fumo, muffa sui muri, bagno sporco di urina e lenzuola macchiate. Una sistemazione di qualità nettamente inferiore rispetto all’appartamento che avevamo pagato.
Il cambio di posizione ci ha causato spese extra, la cancellazione di attività già prenotate e la perdita di un’intera giornata di vacanza per cercare di risolvere un problema non dipendente da noi.
Inoltre, il proprietario pretendeva di trattenere il pagamento di una notte, nonostante un suo dipendente ci avesse confermato la possibilità di cancellazione gratuita e rimborso completo. Specifco che la notte obbligatoriamente l'abbiamo dovuta trascorrere lì per non stare sulla strada.
Una gestione vergognosa: comunicazione pessima (mai ricevuti chiamate) nessuna assistenza e totale mancanza di rispetto per il cliente. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Ho prenotato per 4 persone, ci hanno dato una stanza minuscola con due letti ed essendo arrivati molto tardi la notte non avevamo possibilità di cambiare struttura e quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire per terra. Odore di pesticidi, ingresso in un vicolo buio e angusto, e personale che ha fatto finta di nulla. State alla larga da questo posto

I didn't like anything.it was very difficult to stay in this property. There is no lift ,smell from toilet,no space downstairs to keep prams .

Did not locate extra toilet paper, but this could be my user error of not looking well enough. A very small item, but overall a great experience.

The bed was broken, had to sleep on the floor. No ac and it was 35 degrees celsius so we had to sleep in underwear. Really small place and the host forgot to give towels but we were able to catch him and ask for some. Would not book again. Install AC.

La entrada por donde se entra no es muy agradable, pero la zona es segura, con muchos mercados alrededor. En la habitación no hay hornalla para cocinar aunque si tienes microondas y nevera. Y en la cocina comunitaria lo tienes todo.

The photos are completely misleading.
The room was far too small for three people. 9 square meters for 3 guests with their luggage, it doesn't exist. I'll just list what we encountered when we arrived and draw your own conclusions about what they rent for 115 pounds a day.

The bunk bed was not screwed down properly and was shaking all over. It had three makeshift supports underneath which had already become warped from use.

There was no space at all for a suitcase or for our clothes and shoes.
The pillowcase and duvet cover they had left for the child were used and smelled of sweat from a previous tenant.

The curtain fell on my head when I went to open it.

The shared kitchen was dirty and the door to the balcony was open day and night with the risk of pigeons and mice getting in as the area around the accommodation was full of pigeons and feathers.

The passage from the main road to the accommodation smelled of urine.

There was no access to the balcony while on booking it seemed to be for use.

The way the towels and sheets were washed and dried for the customers was completely unhygienic as they were spread on a dirty fence one on top of the other exposed to the pigeons of the area.

The window did not stay open.
Its price was outrageously high for all of the above.
Our reservation was for 15 days and we left on the third day. We complained and asked for money back for the remaining 12 days, but the owner refused to compensate us. Be careful of ultra-wide-angle lenses in accommodation photos.
Avoid it.

Tenía problemas de limpieza, mal olor y una de las camas en mal estado

War ok, leider keine Klimaanlage und über 30 grad im Zimmer

Hinter dem Haus befinden sich die Kompressoren für die Klimaanlagen des untenliegenden Geschäfts. Diese liefen so gut wie immer, auch nachts, es war ja auch sehr warm. Der Lärm war unerträglich! Der Raum ist zu klein für 2 Personen. Das Fenster schliesst sich immer von allein. Lüften im Sommer nicht möglich! Es war viel zu heiss im Raum. Der Abfluss des viel zu kleinen Beckens im viel zu kleinen Duschraum war halb verstopft. Und es gäbe noch mehr...

Las escaleras de la entrada son muy inclinadas,para subir y bajar con maletas.
Por donde entras el callejón da muy mal rollo, recomiendo entrar por atrás que hay un parking.
En las fotos se veía más grande el estudio.
Una litera para tres personas, un baño enano, estudio muy pequeño para tres personas.
Hacía mucho calor dentro aunque teníamos ventilador, no se podían abrir las ventanas enteras.
No tiene armarios para guardar la ropa, calle que pasan muchas ambulancias,bomberos y policía.
El colchón de la cama de abajo estaba hundido por una parte.
La persiana no se cierra y a las 5 de la mañana entraba todo el sol.
No hay cambios de toallas.
Cada vez que quieres entrar tienes q poner el código, no hay llaves.

Había algún pelo en las sábanas (aunque sí estaban lavadas) y el mango de la ducha estaba roto.
