L’emplacement le quartier n’est pas des plus fréquentable et le logement est dans une petite rue derrière des commerces (c’est à dire cuisine de restaurant et poubelle)

North End Road did not feel very pleasant, and the entrance to the building is through a long, narrow alleyway, which felt a bit unsafe in the evening. The front entrance door was also old, so I was not fully confident that it locked properly.

The check-in process was very poor. I had contacted the manager in advance to ask whether I could leave my suitcases somewhere before check-in. I was told to call when I arrived, but after several missed calls, no one answered. I then tried to find someone on site and accidentally knocked on the room door, thinking there may be a cleaner inside, but another guest opened the door. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation for both of us.

When the manager later called me back, he was rude and immediately questioned why I had gone to the room, rather than acknowledging that I had called several times and received no response. I only wanted to leave my luggage safely. I was then told to leave my suitcases in the communal kitchen, which did not feel secure, so I had to wait until I could access the room.

There was also no fridge in the room. The iron provided was broken and ruined my shirt. I requested a replacement iron, but it never arrived. Also, if you have heavy luggage, the stairs are difficult to manage.

Nothing but it could be improved for a much better experience.

Stairwell needed a refresh/ clean however recognised that work was ongoing during our visit. Picture in room to add colour was behind bunkbed therefore hidden. A few more and matching crockery/cutlery would add an additional star.

Letti scomodi, le doghe di un.letto si sono tolte e praticamente uno dei quattro letti non poteva essere utilizzato ed essendo noi 4 abbiamo riposato malino.
Odori forti dal wc del bagno
Assenza di fuochi in cucina e di pentole per cucinare,quindi anche la cucina poco utile

Le seul minuscule bémol un store qui est abîmé et du coup ne s'ouvre pas, prévoyez un masque pour la nuit si vous voulez dormir dans le noir complet.

W pokoju był aneks kuchenny, ale brak w nim miejsca na odłożenie naczyń po zmywaniu. Jak na podróż z małym dzieckiem i wózkiem to ciężko z miejscem na wózek.
Cena przy wielkości pomieszczenia, uważam, że sporo. No ale to raczej kwestia "angielskiej ceny"
