Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Essen war super und wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Es war viel geboten und man hat immer eine Liege am Pool bekommen. Was mich persönlich positiv überrascht hat ist, dass das Hotel sich gut um Straßenkatzen kümmert.

Cons:

Beim Mittagssnack gab es für Vegetarier/Veganer keine Auswahl, sondern nur Pommes. Getränke nur bis 23 Uhr inklusive.

An der Rezeption kann man sich problemlos auf Englisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch verständigen. Unser Zimmer war eigentlich erst ab 15:00 Uhr verfügbar, trotzdem haben wir die Schlüssel schon kurz vor 12:00 Uhr direkt nach unserer Ankunft bekommen. Wenn man später abreist, kann man sein Gepäck kostenlos im Gepäckraum an der Rezeption lassen. Vom Hotel aus kann man problemlos ein Taxi bestellen, das pünktlich ankommt.
Die Küche bietet ausgezeichnete und abwechslungsreiche Speisen, auch für Menschen mit glutenfreier oder laktosefreier Ernährung. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit – ganz gleich, ob man Unterstützung im Restaurant, im Zimmer oder an der Rezeption braucht.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war atemberaubend – direkt auf das Meer. Im Hotel gibt es alles, was man braucht: gutes Essen, Drinks und Wasser. Falls man etwas vergessen hat, erreicht man nach wenigen Minuten zu Fuß einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt.
Im Ortszentrum, das ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist, kann man Fahrräder oder Tauchausrüstung mieten. Im Hotel gibt es außerdem eine Diskothek, Billard, Gesellschaftsspiele und viele Bücher in verschiedenen Sprachen.
Der Strand ist lang und wunderschön, mit einigen Steinen und dunklem vulkanischem Sand. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um in Ruhe und fernab von Touristenmassen zu entspannen.

The food was bad, the drinks were undrinkable - even the soft drinks and soda’s. Rooms were OK but outdated, could do with better pillows. Spa has a hidden fee for entry.

Wonderful super chilled stay!
Pros:

Great hotel. Everything you could want with helpful staff and great facilities. Food was decent with lots of options and different themes each night. Had a really good stay. Very chilled time, just what was needed.

Cons:

There's not much else around the hotel, so hiring a car would be an idea, but the hotel more then made up for that and would definitely stay again.
