Very disappointed
Pros:

First impressions a lovely place to stay

Cons:

The restaurant closed at 2pm, the website said 3pm
We drove for hours was looking forward to a meal but when we went to the restaurant they said sorry closed.
We sat outside for 30 mins waiting on family arriving, we ordered coffee and never received it.
We weren’t told when we booked that we wouldn’t be able to get food or even a coffee. On the Monday other than breakfast the restaurant was closed all day. We were in the place by ourselves no staff on hand or even a coffee machine we could use.
The whole experience wasn’t nice. I wouldn’t recommend booking to stay on a Sunday or Monday.

Die Lage, die Unterkunft und das Essen waren einfach perfekt.
Pros:

Wir waren mit unseren Rennrädern auf der Durchreise. Wir konnten unsere Rennräder im Keller sicher unterstellen. Am Abend konnten wir im ausgezeichneten Restaurant essen.

Convenient to road and parking. Very new room.

Cons:

We checked in at 2.30pm on Sunday and were told the kitchen and bar were closed until Tuesday. We were basically on our own in the hotel with no staff for two days. No coffee facilities in room, no room cleaning.

Zeer luxe overnachtingsplek richting Italië.
Pros:

Hotel is heel nieuw en zeer luxe afgewerkt! Vooraf ontvingen wij hele duidelijke instructiefilmpjes voor het inchecken. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en kamers waren super schoon. Personeel ontzettend aardig!

Everything is very new and clean. We slept really good. Good breakfast and friendly staff! Would recommend it to friends and family and definitely will come back one day.

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Restaurant im herrlichen Val Belnio.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super gelegen. Direkt an der Strasse die in der Nacht nicht stark befahren ist und mit genügendem Parkplatz.
Das Personal ist sehr kundenbezogen, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Türe vom Zimmer ist mit Code geschützt und läst sich nur mit viel Kraft öffnen.
