Pros:

O atendimento da equipe é excepcional. Procuraram nos atender nos mínimos detalhes e tiveram uma atenção especial com os nossos filhos. A localização e estrutura nos agradaram muito (fizemos muitas coisas a pé e tem vários restaurantes perto), mas realmente o atendimento da equipe da recepção foi o grande diferencial.

We would stay here again
Pros:

Fantastic location just off the Champs Elysee. Quiet room despite being so centrally located, comfortable and large bed and well equipped, clean and modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast selection.

Cons:

As is common in Paris, bedroom was on the small side (although we were expecting this as we know Paris well so it didn’t bother us).

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean, excellent located. The rooms are bigger than the average in Paris and the hotel is always quiet and calm. The people were incredible, nice, helpful. The breakfast is really good. We felt at home, we couldn’t be more happy.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service and a genuinely welcoming team.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le A. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. The room was clean, elegant, and comfortable, and the hotel is very well located. The entire staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. We would be delighted to return during our next visit to Paris and highly recommend this hotel.

A little home away from home
Pros:

The staff were awesome and amazing , i just mentioned it was my wedding anniversary and they gave me a room upgrade and decorated the room with balloons and petals and then i forgot my jacket and they arranged for it to be mailed to me in London . They were all exceptional!!!!!!!
It’s clean and very centrally located . The room I initially got was small but comfortable but the suite i ended up with was just perfect . The staff every single one of them even the cleaning staff we bumped into were pleasant and courteous. Well Done and 5 stars is deserved!!!!!

Excellent hospitality in Paris
Pros:

Great location near the Champs-Élysées and, above all, an exceptional team, welcoming and very attentive. A special mention to the gentleman at reception who was particularly kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with high-quality toiletries and lovely little touches.

Cons:

The only small downside was the size. The room felt quite compact with the large bed, as did the breakfast area.

O yaşlı adam olmasa otel iyi
Cons:

Gece çalışan yaşlı arkadaş çok sert davrandı ingilizce konuşma konusunda konuşmamak icin çok zorladım ama bir daha gitmem gündüzde çalışan arkadaşlar iyi ama gece çalışan yaşlı adam yüzünden otelden soğuduk !!
