El Spa, aunque pequeño, está muy bien. El buffet del desayuno perfecto.
La nevera del minibar no enfriaba lo suficiente y el servicio de habitaciones y bar solo está disponible hasta las 23h.
La ubicación es fantástica , vistas a la playa , y un montón de opciones de restauración cerca .
El restaurante del hotel es muy recomendable pero hay que reservar con antelación .
El recibimiento en el desayuno , una sola persona recibiendo y acomodando iba y venía a lo largo del comedor , mientras la cola y la espera eran interminables , 20” esperando para una mesa , que cuando nos la asigna no estaba preparada .
Trabalho em hotel tambem e nunca visitei nada que correspondesse às minhas expectativas... até visitar este hotel e ficar fascinada com tudo, restaurante, piscina, bar... nao existem palavras
Super clean, amazing staff. They were patient with me as my Spanish wasn’t great. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Amazing restaurant, buffet exceptional. Location is perfect. I can’t thing of any other good things to say other than I will return again!

Café da manhã
Um ponto que me desagradou foi o horário de funcionamento da piscina. No verão, ela só abre às 11h, enquanto o check-out é às 12h. Na prática, isso torna quase impossível aproveitar a piscina no dia da saída, já que ainda é preciso tomar o café da manhã, organizar as malas e fazer o check-out. Acaba parecendo que o hóspede paga por uma diária, mas tem apenas um dia de uso efetivo da área de lazer.
Além disso, o check-in é apenas às 15h, o que reduz ainda mais o tempo de permanência. Considerando que a piscina abre somente às 11h no dia seguinte, o hóspede praticamente não consegue aproveitá-la antes de deixar o hotel. Seria muito mais interessante se a piscina abrisse mais cedo no verão ou se o hotel oferecesse um check-out um pouco mais tarde para quem deseja utilizar essa estrutura.

El frigorífico no enfríaba. Los cojines de la terraza Muy Sucios, asquerosos más bien. Nos quitaron el papel higiénico en uno de los servicios de habitación. La camarera del desayuno muy impertinente, conminandonos a ponernos sólo en mesas de dos.
Spacious modern rooms with great views, outdoor pool, great conference facilities.
The advertisement is misleading placing indoor pool into facilities and photos. The indoor pool belongs to spa which is separate, needs reseravation and is expensive if you just want to swim with your kids on a cold day when outdoor pool is not an option.
