Everything was as good as they said and better..very clean all the Spa areas where working and clean pool was a nice temperature..

The bed was too small and hard, the bath too short. The shower was useless, no towel rail. The cistern dripped all night. If the windows were closed it was too hot, if open could not sleep due to traffic noise. No air conditioning. A really poor, small room. The second day the maids left dirty towels in the middle of the floor. The travel Lodge in Chester centre has just been refurbished and better quality rooms and a lot cheaper. Not worth the £90 per night

The photos look lovely on your site however the bedrooms are in need of modernisation and don’t match the public areas although some of those require attention

Our room was very tired looking and the shower wasnt good at all, bed wss really comfy though
Location was good, within short walking distance of city centre and all attractions. The swimming pool was good. We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment. The room was fine and comfortable except that one of the bedside lamps didn’t work.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Lack of choice. Eggs looked so unappetising I avoided them. Potato scones or hash browns would be a good addition. Also vegetarian sausages.
