Fantastiskt!
Pros:

Otroligt trevlig och proffsig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att hjälpa till. Jag blev tyvärr bestulen på min telefon när jag var på stan, men hade tur och fick låna hotellets dator så att jag kunde komma åt min mail där jag hade alla mina biljetter till olika aktiviteter. Jag vill rikta ett stort tack till Shanay och alla hennes vänliga kollegor som gjorde att min resa till Kapstaden blev väldigt lyckad trots förlusten av min telefon! 😊

Frukosten var jättegod och varierad med flera såväl kalla som varma alternativ och många sorters färsk frukt och grönsaker. Kökspersonalen var också väldigt trevliga och uppmärksamma och såg alltid till att frukostbuffén var välfylld.

Om jag kommer till Kapstaden fler gånger kommer jag definitivt att boka 9 on Barrack igen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay, value for money
Pros:

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Staff who was at reception in the early hours of 12 April assisted with organizing a shuttle service to the airport for me.

Os funcionarios sao muito cordiais e educados, sempre perguntando sobre o que podiam ajudar. A limpeza dos quartos, a cama era maravilhosa, sempre tinha duas garrfas de agua mineral no frigobar e saches de cafe soluvel diariamente como cortesia.

Cons:

o cafe da manha poderia melhorar com mais opçoes de bolos, pães e frutas mas em geral é bom, podendo solicitar aos funcionarios que se faça ovos e sanduiches na cozinha.

We did not stay att he hotel due to the risk of room invasions. never heard of this before

On booking in we were advised that there has been some room invasions and we have to sign a form indemnifying the hotel and its owners if our room is invaded, including due to ngligence of its staff. We declined to stay
