Children's swim times in the pool are Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 - 16:30.

Lovely hotel, worth a visit if you can afford it.

Cons:

Breakfast starts too late on a Sunday and this makes breakfast rushed if you are travelling back to UK mainland by boat.
Net/foils in rooms do not go close completely and leaves a gap which people can look in if you’re on the ground floor.

BLOODY LOVERLY !! COULD DO WITH A CYCLE HIRE AT THE HOTEL. WOULDNT STAY ANYWHERE EALSE.

Overall a very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Room upgraded to suite which was excellent. Staff on reception very friendly and efficient. Breakfast hot and cold buffet was very good and other choices available on the menu. Room service was excellent.

Cons:

Main restaurant not available despite booking with reception which was disappointing as we had dressed for a hotel restaurant. The Terrace bar was extremely casual which detracted from our anticipated dining experience. The hotel was very busy with various functions which led to a service which was very hit and miss. The staff did their best in difficult circumstances and were quick to respond to shortfalls.

Great hotel, very comfortable although a little dated; the staff are wonderful
Pros:

Breakfast was fab and lunchtime snack also good. Didn't have dinner with you so cannot review.
Loved the size of rooms, bed etc. Bathroom was okay.

Terrace bar was great - lovely space overlooking the garden/fountains

Loved that it was close to town and the airport

The staff were fantastic; super friendly and helpful - irrespective of seniority

Cons:

The hotel is somewhat stuck in the 80s and needs a refurb but other than that I really loved it.
