Room nice, hotel nice facilities better elsewhere.
Pros:

Lovely hotel bd my room was nice. The birthday plate and towel was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

I booked a 45 min massage which started at 8.15 and ended at 8.50 so I didn’t feel like it was value for money. I also asked about certain products on sale and was pointed to a display cabinet. I would have liked to try some products and ask some questions but the therapist had gone. Breakfast service was a bit of a shambles, definitely need more staff training.

schönes Hotel mit großartigem Gym

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen dem großen Gym gebucht. GEnau in der Woche in der wir da waren, hatte das Gym geschlossen. Es wurde nicht vorher informiert, es gab kein Ausgleich mit einem Gym in der Nähe oder sonstiges.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt. Wir haben selten auf unseren vielen Reisen ein in allen Bereichen so freundliches und kompetentes Personal erlebt. Unser Zimmer wurde von zwei immer sehr freundlichen jungen Männern vorbildlich gereinigt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber die kompetente und herzliche Art von der Kellnerin Komesh im Restaurant.
Der Spabereich hat einen sehr großen Indoorpool.
Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Fußläufig ist es leider zu weit bis in die Innenstadt von St. Peter Port.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig in bezug auf verschiedene Eierspeisen, beinhaltet aber nicht Wurst und Käse, sowie frische Tomaten, Salatgurken etc..

Excellent short break in beautiful setting, close enough to walk to the harbour, and with brilliant.
Pros:

Loved having the extra space in the family room. Breakfast was great - good selection and room service options. Staff wonderful and very personable, particularly in the bar and restaurant area.

The staff were all super friendly. The engagement and service were first-class. I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday in Guernsey - something for everyone. Excellent

Food in Terraces Bar was not up to expectation. Fish and lamb dish overcooked. Chipped potatoes not cooked through.

Pros:

Only stayed two nights so didn't get to use all of the facilities, but the staff where helpful and friendly, and accommodating. The facilities that we used where excellent. If you like to keep fit then you are well catered for.

Great hotel, but it depends what you want from a hotel, and who you're going with.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, as were the breakfast staff.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were lovely.
The gym was good,
The driving range was great, the evening food was good.
The staff cleaning the rooms were very good.

Cons:

The rooms were lovely BUT no airconditioning! Which is a big problem with the summer heatwave.
The spa staff in some cases could have been friendlier.
We went with older teenagers, and the under 17 rule for pool and gym was not welcome.
Our children could only use the pool for 2.5 hours a day. This is not long enough and under 17 is simply too old.

Le cadre et les équipements, la proximité d'un golf, la quiétude de l'endroit, la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil

Cons:

La gestion de la restauration: il a fallu payer ses repas chaque soir alors que nous avions réservé et avions une chambre dans l'hôtel : manque de confiance (???)
Le jour de notre départ on nous présente une facture, pour ces repas, justement, qui correspondait à une autre chambre et non la notre ... un petit doute s'installe quand même !

Very pleasant and relaxing.
Pros:

All good was superb, just found the wine choices to be poor and quite pricey. Lovely atmosphere- felt very calm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Cons:

Some areas are a little jaded and it’s a good walk into town if you don’t have a car.
