Children's swim times in the pool are Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 - 16:30.

Albeit short overall it was a good stay
Pros:

The hotel felt quite luxury. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. Great family rooms.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. On the first night we ate at the bar and had a long wait for food and we had kids with us- they comped us the entire price of the meal and brought out free cake for the kids. The family room was really well equipped for a family of 4. We loved the duck pond and beautiful grounds and the pool and wet facilities were awesome

Cons:

The room did not have air con which made it hot on some nights. The decor in the room was a bit dated. The food in the bar tends to take a long time. Sometimes bar staff were amazingly friendly and on other nights the service was quite slow and bad. Having a wider slot of time for kids swimming would have been nice.

Pros:

Everything about our stay was brilliant. The staff were excellent - everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. An excellent hotel - would highly recommend to anyone staying on the island.

No comments to add here. There were no faults with this hotel, the facilities or the staff.

We had a lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options. The suite was spacious. Michelle from the spa was especially helpful and informative. we were impressed by the efficiency of the cleaners. I enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

Dinner service was a bit slow. The children’s swimming time of 3-4:30 coincided with us returning to the hotel to relax so it was noisy.

Superbe séjour. L'établissement est un peu loin du centre ville il faut avoir un véhicule.
Pros:

Un superbe petit déjeuner, on vous propose des plats à la carte inclus dans le tarif et de grande qualité. Un parc agréable, piscine propre et agréable. Le spa est moderne et le personnel est très accueillant.

Really enjoyed it, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Really a lovely place to stay. Room was very spacious and we had a great breakfast selection every day

Whilst the gym is well equipped it would be nice to have some more leg machines

The hotel was poorly resourced
Pros:

The staff are friendly and usually I have a better experience than my most recent stay. They have a very nice pool and spa area.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning so it gets rather hot, but more importantly they seem poorly resourced. My room had old towels and gowns left in the room and when I tried to call to get this addressed I could not get through to anyone. I also could therefore not get any room service either.

Best cycling holiday
Pros:

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful . I will definitely come back.

Cons:

I think I might have left my hearing aids phone charger behind I have telephone twice and we're told they would ring me
back but I haven't heard anything I would just like a phone call to say sorry we can't find your charger
