Pros:

The location was perfect. Friendly staff.clean and tidy! Loved the on the go breakfast.
Restaurants near the hotel were lovely as were views of the bay!

Pros:

Perfect location. Great travel links. Friendly staff. Clean functional rooms. Breakfast on the go was fab to set you up for a day of exploring. Family mart downstairs was convenient and lovely restaurants in the adjacent shopping centre. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Great vibes!

Sauber und ordentlich, sehr kleine Zimmer, unfreundliches Personal.

Cons:

Personal mehrfach unfreundlich und unwillig. Nicht hilfsbereit.

Fast alle Hotels lassen früher einchecken, wenn die Zimmer fertig sind. Hier musste man bis Punkt 15 Uhr warten. Eine Stunde früher war möglich, wenn man Mitglied des Reward Systems wurde. Habe ich gemacht (hatte zwei Zimmer für meine Familie gebucht). Das zweite Zimmer hätten wir aber nur beziehen können, wenn unsere Tochter auch noch dem Reward System beigetreten wäre. Haben wir dann drauf verzichtet. Und dann wollte man uns allen Ernstes verbieten, unsere Tochter mit Gepäck mit auf unser Zimmer zu nehmen, bis ihr Zimmer freigegeben wird (wir reden von 35 Minuten). So etwas haben in Japan 3 Wochen lang nicht erlebt.

Dazu waren die Zimmer extrem klein (Bett so groß wie das Zimmer von Wand zu Wand), Tür ging gerade noch auf).

Atmosphäre wie im Youth Hostel. Dafür 150 Euro ist selbst für Japan übertrieben.

Reasonable hotel for a traveler on a budget
Pros:

Easy access from Hamamatsucho monorail and Haneda

Hamamatsucho JR station was also convenient (but not for luggage or wheelchair elevator access)

Family Mart convenience store and Sukiya gyudon restaurant were close by.

Whimsical artwork (walls, carpet) was attractive.

Price was reasonable, will consider staying there again.

Cons:

Room air conditioning did not cool things down enough, the hallway was nice and cool but the room itself not so much. WiFi speed was slow. Free breakfast was meager. No window views.
