Definitely not a 5 * hotel

Only one pool
One lobby bar which didn't open til 5 pm even though there was a lovely cocktail lounge downstairs it was permanently closed
No one to help with sun beds , towels or umbrellas

Fabulous hotel, everything about it is wonderful especially the pool area which feels like an oasis. Highly recommended!

Nice but overpriced and wouldn’t rush back
Pros:

Breakfast was nice and things were clean. Staff friendly and helpful

Cons:

Hotel and rooms are very dated and tired especially for the price which is overpriced. Beach area is sparse and no facility for drinks / food. Rooms are from the 1990’s and walls and floors very thin so you can hear every child running up and down the corridors in the morning or every reveller returning at night. Curtains don’t actually fit the window so you get the sun flooding the room in morning. Only one restaurant with nice but limited menu.

Pros:

Nice pool, clean and great to spend time there. Friendly staff at beach. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

For 5 star, not great facilities - details like no fridge in room, not a great shower, no plugs by bed.
Room was ok but more 3 star than 5 star. View of back of building from balcony. Winter duvet on bed despite summer heat.
