Before this only need collect deposit rm50
Now need charge more rm10 for the tax...i thought we already paid the service tax on platform already but when we arrived need to collect another rm10...
And i thought i was book the bigger room but they arrange me the medium room

satisfied with this hotel and will repeat again when i come to BSP
Pros:

this hotel quite nice. i already repeated maybe around 4-5 times because the room is comfortable and self-check in is also easy even for someone who is first time using self-checkin kiosk.
