April1550 Boutique Hotel

Natasa and her staff are incredibly helpful, attentive, and were accommodating despite my unexpected schedule change owing to flight delays. The food, sourced from local ingredients was absolutely superb. Located in the historical center of Ljubljana it's easy to explore most of the compact town as everything is within 15-30 minutes of walk.

This is an extraordinary boutique hotel run by Natasa and staff. Wonderful personalized experience as soon as we entered. Beautifully calm and serene aesthetic in this updated building from 1550. Breakfast was an event not to be missed. One of the best boutique experiences in our travels around the world.

Natasha’s hospitality was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and breakfast was great. You can see how much care is taken with every detail.

This is a gem of a hotel. Brilliant location, right by the river. Rooms lovely, with thoughtful touches like slippers and home made biscuits. All of the staff are warm and friendly, who also make one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ljubljana. Thank you April ladies!

Absolutely everything was wonderful. Everyone was SO kind, it is in an amazing location, the breakfast is otherworldly, and the rooms are big and extremely comfortable. We spent the first leg of our honeymoon here and even as we’ve gone on to new, beautiful areas, we can’t stop talking about our stay here :)

Small family run hotel with excellent breakfast and excellent service with attention to guests needs. All the little extras were a plus. Staff was great and helpful and it was a lovely stay.

Simply outstanding - care and attention to detail second to none! Brilliant aesthetic, and nothing too much trouble! Breakfast was amazing- great care in preparation of artisanal local produce and traditional recipes!

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. From the moment that we arrived, Nataša made us feel so welcome. The room was well appointed and so comfortable and the breakfast was out of this world. It is well located in the Old Town, but not on the main drag so it's nice and quiet. The room was so comfortable. The beds were so luxurious, and you really felt like the hotel had invested in quality items (towels, bedding, plates, etc.) The breakfast menu changed every day, and Alenka made some delicious dishes, all with local and seasonal ingredients. If you are going to Ljubljana, do not stay anywhere else, stay here. We shall definitely stay there again.
