Vieze stinkende kleine kamer. Schimmel bij de douche. Te smalle toilet. Zeer slecht matras. We sliepen op het dekbed om de veren van het matras niet te voelen. Rook alsof er dagelijks met bestrijdingsmiddel werd gespoten.

The room was pretty awful. The sheets were dirty with lots of hairs in them and what looked like make up, and we didn’t notice until we got into bed at 10pm. We couldn’t contact any staff, so I messaged on booking.com. Someone then came at 11.30 with only 1 clean sheet and knocked on the door waking us up. The shower door didn’t close, so water went everywhere and the floor board are all rising with water damage. The reception wasn’t staffed most of the day and no one answered the phone in the morning or evening.

The location was the only decent thing about the stay here.
Me and my daughter were on a weekend away in London. The room was like a single room with 2 single beds in, it was Very tight. The toilet was sooo tight too. Barely space to stand.
We dropped out bags off earlier in the day, but can't couldn't check in as it was too early. We came back late and nearly wasn't let in. We waited 15-20 mins whilst talking through a ring door bell to be finally let in to be told the reception closes at 9. I know we was only there to sleep for the night.
It's probs ok for a single traveller but no more.

Consider your customers are human like yourself, it's different between human and sheep. Just to think changing any

Only good location and nice customer service

Cons:

Very small and uncomfortable room
Too much noise in all the night as I couldn't sleep at all
Not suitable air conditioning. It was not worthy for the fee I paid
