Reasonable but not good value !
Pros:

Service was excellent from prompt, courteous and efficient staff.
Facilities were good, but it was a disappointment to find the Spa closed for refurbishment..

Cons:

Long walk to the breakfast restaurant for someone with mobility issues.
Room was not cleaned well on all 4 days. Dirty cups and an ice bucket were not collected, just left on the windowsill, and the floor was not vacuumed at all. A hairclip and bits of fluff were lying on the floor in plain sight for the full 4 days !

Very disappointed
Pros:

Very disappointed that I paid for a king room and was placed into a budget double room

I came at half 2 to check in, a couple in front of me got checked in the same time and issued a room I had to wait until half 4 to get my room

We had a most enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely coming down to a cooked breakfast/ or porridge in the morning.
Our room was in the newer building (at rear), was nice and quiet - also clean and
well furnished.
We thoroughly enjoyed 3 evening meals in the Forge and 1 in the Fara. Staff in both
friendly and excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Not good at all
Cons:

Breakfast & dinner were both cold !
Drunk me in the forge singing while we were eating .
All out dinner did not arrive at the same time . Veg was late by about 5 mins !!

Had a great wee overnighter stay here, Shantelle one of the bar staff was very helpful and great craic!

Cons:

My room was lovely and bed was very comfortable! However mum said her bed was a bit firm for her!
