La atención el servicio
Le falta publicidad al lugar no se encuentra tan fácil
The rooms looked recently remodeled, which I liked, and the overall aesthetic of the place was nice. The price was good as well, and the location is very central and close to many places in the city. I also liked that there were a few convenience stores nearby, which was very convenient. The only downside regarding the location is that it is a bit far from the metro stations.
However, the sheets weren’t clean, and the pillowcase on one of the beds was dirty as well. I requested housekeeping, but it seemed like they only made the bed. The floors were not mopped, and the sheets did not appear to have been changed or properly cleaned. I do believe these points need to be reinforced in order to provide guests with an overall better experience.

No hay ventanas!! Es un lugar muy pequeño! No hay refrigerador!!
El personal supee atento nos ayudaron muchísimo en todo, super cómodo, habitaciones amplias, limpias perfectamente equipadas, podía tomar todo tipo de transporte cerca, oxxo y un 18 en la esquina, cajero cercano
El único detalle es el Internet, no llega a las habitaciones y se desconecta a todo rato
La ubicación es excelente, la limpieza es aceptable, la TV podría darle un Plus
La señal Wifi es limitada e intermitente
La decoración de las áreas comunes es muy linda, la zona excelente para moverte por la ciudad. Es una excelente opción para un viaje en el que el objetivo es pasear por los alrededores
No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación, el personal es un poco indiferente a las necesidades y no cuenta con estacionamiento

Todo. Al llegar el encargado no estaba y tuvimos que esperar unos 5 minutos a que llegara corriendo. Al momento de hacer el checking su terminal no leía ninguna de nuestras tarjetas de crédito y a pensar que le insistimos que era la máquina que no funcionaba nos dijo que nos podía dar la habitación hasta que pagáramos (eran las 11pm) y no nos daba ninguna solución. Al llamar a su manager fue hasta otro hotel que tenían cerca a buscar otra terminal y podíamos pagar. Luego la habitación tenia una pequeña ventana la cual no tienen cortina y la cama no tenía funda de almohadas. El encargado dijo que no le habían llegado y que al día siguiente nos daba unas…. Fuera de todo esto la habitación estaba sucia y se escucha mucho ruido de otras habitaciones… al día siguiente nos fuimos a un hotel de verdad y booking ni nos dio un reembolso . Pésimo lugar.
Me encantó lo cerca que se encontraba de mi destino, a unas cuadras caminando y muy seguro para transitar. El cuarto muy limpio y el personal amable

En ocasiones mucho ruido por los mismos huéspedes. Implementar reglamentos más estrictos.

Todo. Estaba muy sucio, tuvimos problemas con el checkin, cambiamos de habitación porque la ventana estaba tapada con una sábana, y la habitación nueva tenía pelos en la cama y mocos en la paredes.. tres de nuestros amigos se fueron del hotel el primer día a pesar de haber pagado 4 noches.
