Et vu que je suis arrivée à 9h du matin je n’avais pas pu laisser ma valise chose qu’on m’a confirmé au moment de la réservation
Spacious, clean,excellent location
Difficulties of communication in English with the owner. Tried very hard to get information as how to check-in and how to access the property. Water heater didn’t work well in the first two days. The 2nd user must wait for a couple of hours after the first user. Good effort was made by the owner to replace the heater. But, the floor was messy when we returned to the room.
Good quiet location, modern apartment, and smart tv
Not enough hot water for 2 people to have showers. Raised this with the host on day one but still a problem for the next 3 days.
Arrived at 7.30pm for an afternoon check in but apartment wasn't ready. We were asked to go somewhere for an hour whilst the apartment was cleaned and repaired ready for us.
Key codes weren't received until after we had arrived at the apartment. We only got in as the host was at the apartment repairing and cleaning.
Kitchen poorly.equipped - no T towels, few utensils, and no washing up liquid.

Está muy cerca del centro
El sofá cama estaba roto. La zona donde se sitúa genera cierta intranquilidad. Necesario meter el coche en un parking.
Posizione ottima fuori dal caos del centro, personale gentile, ho avuto una necessità e sono stati velocissimi.
La cama era incomoda y eche en falta un tostador y en el baño una alfombrilla al salir de la ducha y un pomo para salir de la mampara de la ducha.

It was a comfortable, cozy apartment equipped with nearly everything you'd need for a trip. The kitchen was in good shape and well-stocked. The couch, TV, beds, and tables were all in acceptable condition and well-maintained.
The hot water was enough for one person's shower, but it might get cold if more than one person showers one after another. It might take some time for the water heater to warm up the water again.
Great apartment in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were extremely friendly. Check-in and all processes were fully automated, which made the stay very easy and convenient.
Good, clean accomodation, a lot of space
The communication is a problem and needs to be better. We were told to check-in at 4pm but we had to wait 20min till receiving the code to get in. Also our rooms werent ready in terms of cleaning
