Better experience than your average hotel, even though it is in the same price range
Pros:

Great area, very convenient! There's lots of stores and places to eat. The staff is very understanding, when I stained the bedsheets with my period blood, they didn't charge a cleaning fee, very understanding of the situation! Thankyou so much

Cons:

There's no lift (but majority of hotel in labuan doesn't have one so its understandable)
