Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional staff, a perfect location, and a lovely atmosphere. A memorable stay.
Pros:

Boutique 17B exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptional—so kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond by arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my mum, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are beautiful, and the rooms are stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for exploring Sibiu on foot, with everything just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons:

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only minor points were that our room wasn’t serviced during our stay, and although there was a coffee machine in the room, no coffee capsules were provided. We also had to leave early in the morning before the bar opened, so it would have been nice to have been able to make a coffee before setting off.

Goede locatie om het centrum van Sibiu te verkennen.
Pros:

Heerlijk ruime kamer vlakbij het centrum. Aan het einde van de middag kregen wij nog een gratis drankje geserveerd bij het zwembad.

Cons:

Voor gebruik van het zwembad bleek je bij te moeten betalen. Dat was een verassing voor ons. Ook bleek hier geen ontbijt beschikbaar te zijn, of pas laat. Uiteindelijk heerlijk in het centrum ontbeten. Overigens was dit bij het boeken niet geheel duidelijk.

The courtyard with pool was nice.

Cons:

We did not like our room - it was an attic room on the top floor with posts in the middle of the room that we kept hitting our heads on. The skylight was the only window and in the morning the sun woke us up early. Also, all night long there were flashing lights from the pool below. There was also a constant drip noise that sounded like chirping every 5 minutes, which kept us awake. We could not figure out where it was coming from to turn it off. The towels were threadbare. Finally there was a very long and narrow staircase we had to navigate, which made carrying our suitcases extremely difficult. Would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful place, but really cold.
Pros:

It was exactly like in the pictures.

Cons:

It was really cold, and the AC was not working, it was about 15 degrees. No slippers, no soap, half of toilet paper available.

Amazing!
Pros:

La stanza è molto bella e accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. Aggiungerei forse delle tende con la possibilità di oscurare le finestre all’alba. Posizione molto molto comoda a pochi minuti del centro. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Pros:

Camera rezervata a fost minunata. Curatenia, disponibilitatea locului de parcare, vibe-ul camerei, absolut impecabil totul. A fost o experienta minunata. Noi am stat o singura noapte, dat fiind faptul ca nu aveam in plan sa ramanem in Sibiu, dar deja era prea tarziu sa ne intoarcem acasa si din ce trebuia sa fie “hai sa punem capul undeva diseara si maine o luam spre casa”, s-a transformat intr-o mini vacanta minunata, datorita cazarii si personalului extrem de saritor sa te ajute cu orice nevoie.

Fara niciun dubiu, oridecateori vom ajunge in Sibiu, ne vom intoarce aici! ❤️

Cons:

A fost totul prea frumos si ne-a fost “greu” sa plecam spre casa. ☹️
