Pros:

Las habitaciones eran grandes y la terraza también. Está muy bien ubicado, cercano a parada de metro. Todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio.

Cons:

Había algunas cosas rotas (radiador, baño...) Entraba mucho ruido por el balcón, día y noche se escuchaban ambulancias, coches, carga y descarga de contenedores, etc.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and having access to a kitchen was a great advantage. The staff was also very helpfull.

Cons:

The location is a little far from the center. It was also very noisy during the night and early morning because our room was at the back of the building, right next to a storage area. From around 3 a.m., people would arrive to collect merchandise from the containers and prepare their shops, with loud trolleys constantly moving back and forth.

The lack of a key box also made both check-in and check-out inconvenient. We had to wait for the cleaner to arrive to collect the key, and when we left, we had to leave the key inside the room, which meant we couldn't lock the apartment door behind us, leaving the other guests with an unlocked door.

Estaba todo sucio tanto en el cuarto como en las áreas comunes y el baño era desagradable de lo sucio. Pedí que lo limpien y me quisieron cobrar un extra.

Appartamento sempre bello 😄
Pros:

La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, Edgware Road è una via commerciale, vivace, che porta direttamente verso il centro, fino a Marble Arch, Oxford Street e via dicendo. Se vi piace camminare è bello percorrerla tutta.
Il Flat 7 affaccia sul retro della palazzina; le camere da letto molto belle, ma ancora più spettacolare a mio parere la cucina, dotata di tutti i comfort.

Cons:

Sconsiglio il soggiorno in questo appartamento durante l'inverno: siamo stati dal 12 al 16 febbraio, e abbiamo inizialmente patito il freddo in bagno e in cucina (in bagno è presente uno scaldasalvietta ma non funziona per niente). Abbiamo comunicato il disagio e ci hanno fornito un termo ventilatore per cercare di scaldare l'ambiente come meglio potevamo. A parte questo inconveniente, questo appartamento è sempre bello e accogliente, è la seconda volta che veniamo.

Location is super, ccentral to all hotspots

Cons:

Most probably have not read small letter is advertisement, but not a fact! Appartment is shared with others!! Fot the amount of money, EUR300,- 2 nights you stay hostel a like. If you are aware of this you will not have any issues, if not, you will be negatively suprised. Out side appartment during the night very noisy, be carefull!!

Room reeked of marijuana, front door lock was broken, and there were intimidating guests. The girls never stayed there out of fear. The management has been uncooperative.

appartement bien situé et bien équipé mais très bruyant et mal entretenu

appartement rénové , bien équipé, très proche métro restaurant et épicerie à proximité

Cons:

pas très propre, mauvaise odeur,tapis de sol salle de bain et torchons très sales
baie dans une des chambres mal montée et ne se fermait pas totalement
beaucoup de bruit dont mouettes +++( poubelles et poissonnerie sous appartement)
