Stay was good overall.
Pros:

Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Staff was quick to rectify issues.

Cons:

Elevator had issues. Was down to one elevator two out of three day stay. Had to change rooms due to stain on bedding. However, staff quickly resolved by relocating us. Suggest a better coffee distribution system because the one now caused a backup every morning. Toaster wasn’t working properly. Suggest bread be wrapped individually as I witnessed someone putting a bagel back after touching it.

Pros:

I loved the location. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The step down out of the tub was a bit dangerous and the grout around the tub could have been cleaner.

We didn’t even stay in this hotel. You advertised an airport shuttle that they did not offer and when I called them they didn’t even have a reservation in our name. I have disputed this charge on my card.

I have disputed this charge on my card. We will never use Booking.com again. We can never contact you and on top of that, the Hotel didn’t even have a reservation as I stated above.
