Pros:

The room didnt have soap, shampoo, basic needs. I told front desk to send housekeeping, and they never came. Room and Lobby were dirty, one elevator was out of service.

Nice on the surface
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

We had dirty towels which I'm sure is a health violation. There were stains on the sofa so we're didn't even use it. And the water pressure in the shower was nonexistent.

Pros:

The room was big and clean, breakfast was good, and free shuttle from the airport.

Cons:

The room was modern, spacious, and clean. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little cold and impersonal. Despite the modern design, it lacked the warmth and cozy feeling that would make it more inviting.

Not bad, facility was nice and so was staff. There isn’t a great system for left property.
Pros:

Clean and pretty safe. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I left something at the hotel and I called within the hour. They said that they didn’t find anything missing and I know I left it there. Told them where I left it, they said again nothing was found. I asked for a call back later, not sure what happened, but again, I called the next day and nothing. They said they’d call me back if found in lost and found and I’ve heard nothing. I’m assuming that the shirts got thrown away or taken.
