Pros:

You have an nice comfortable bed.
The combi-oven and kettle looked brand new.
The fridge was clean.
Even some basic glasses and cutlery were available in the room. No need to grab them from the kitchen downstairs.
The room has an extra sink for cleaning the dishes aswell.
It has plenty of windows to open which was a blessing with the heat (if there was wind).
The kitchen downstairs had everything we needed.
Bathroom simple but that's all you need. Also properly clean which is more important.
All in all a very nice play to stay.

A good thing to keep in mind it is still an attic with no air-con. So if it is really warm outside with no wind it does get very hot pretty easily and you won't get the heat out. The tower fan is not enough but if there is a nice breeze it is easier to cool with all the windows open.

Cons:

Another thing to keep in mind if your sensitive to sound is that it is right next to a very busy junction. So with the windows open it can get quite loud. Especially with all the sirins every 5/10min. (there is an ambulance station nearby).

If you close all the windows there is no problem. It becomes a bit of an issue when it's incredibly hot out and you have to leave the windows open.

Nothing that I really didnt like.
Would stay again, just not so much during a heatwave with temperatures reaching 36°C 🤣.

Very good
Pros:

It's a spacious and cosy room, with kitchenette facilities.

Cons:

Noise coming from the street at night due to being near a main road, in particular syrenes (it's near a hospital).

Grace was very accomodating.
Pros:

I love my room. I love the comforter and it had two heaters. I love my bathroom very clean. A good soft bed and a lot of pillows. I was studying for SIA course that time and it's a good thing that it also has a study table. Microwave, Utensils and a Fridge.
