Excellent accommodation
Pros:

Huge apartment, good ac, excellent bed, inside parking, efficient staff, super good breakfast club, jazz bar and night market nearby. Quiet location, but with scooter not far from anywhere

Cons:

That they charge you by the electricity consumption separately. I understand it's a big apartment, and if you always leave all the aircons on, the place will have a bill of a mill baht per month, but from the customer's point if view it's quite a drag to have to think about it. In the end we had to pay a few hundred baht, which was not a lot, but it was the feeling (as another customer said in his review lol) of the Damokle's sword hanging over you. I would advice not to think about it at all, just remember to turn the acs off when you exit, and you can deal with the bill.

Pros:

Ruhige Lage in Jomtien. 7/11 zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe zahlreiche Möglichkeiten um Essen zu gehen. Gepflegter Pool. Wenn man mit der Grab App ein Taxi nach Pattaya möchte zahlt ca.80-100 Bath, je nachdem wohin man in Pattaya möchte. Also sehr überschaubar.

Cons:

Ich finde keinen Punkt, wo ich etwas auszusetzen habe. Außer das der Strand von Jomtien nicht so prickelnd ist. Da kann die Unterkunft aber natürlich nichts dafür.

Приезжаем в это место с 2019 года каждый год, пропустили только года Ковида, когда невозможно было доезжать. Изумительное место и персонал. Уже много своих друзей сюда свозили и все единогласно влюбляются в атмосферу этого места и объекта размещения.

Всё очень понравилось: удачное расположение виллы, тихое место, но недалеко от массажа, 7- Eleven, до ночного «русского» рынка, до большой дороги, откуда можно быстро и недорого добраться на songteo до центра Паттайи. Jill - гостеприимная и отзывчивая хозяйка
со своей прекрасной помощницей Neang, чистота, уют. Премного благодарны им обоим за гостеприимство. 😁

Excellent for relaxing family vacation.
Pros:

This property is really luxurious. Every room has AC and ceiling fan and also own bathroom, some with shower and some also with Jacuzzi. There is everything needed for cooking, full-sized fridge and washing machine. This is truly ideal for family trip with children. Night market is just around the corner. There are two 7-elevens in the vicinity. It is possible to park directly in private garage. The swimming pool is small, but cozy and clean. Ideal place for relaxing family vacation.

Cons:

You have to use stairs to get to the apartment. With 35 degrees outside and inside, it was sometimes challenging to not get completely drenched just to get to the fourth floor. But this was the only downside.
