Our stay at The View was spectacular! It exceeded our expectations. Jimmy and Nico are.great hosts! The bungalows are clean, comfy with a fabulous view of the jungle out to the ocean. The breakfasts are very good and you have to try their banana chocolate bread. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
Many thanks to Jimmy and Nicoya, they were very attentive. They were also very helpful with transportation. You can even enjoy watching the sunset from the balcony. The view is magnificent and the jungle area is a wonderful place to stay. White Beach is a 15-minute walk away and there are 2 restaurants nearby offering plenty of food and drink options. We had a very peaceful and beautiful holiday. We recommend it to everyone.

Owners were really nice, the location was great. I was a little worried about being in the jungle in case of bugs etc in the room but all I got was a tiny spider and a gecko. Normally I get bitten like crazy by mosquitoes but the mosquito net did a great job.
The breakfast was great and there’s a really good restaurant close by. The beach was also stunning.
Because of there only being a fan it does get extremely hot but the views and the peace and quiet make being a bit hot totally worth it.

A 10-15 minutes a pied de la white beach qui est magnifique
Le logement est vraiment excentré du village de port barton et la route est plutôt cabossée.
Un petit peu cher selon nous, nous nous attendions a plus d’équipement pour ce prix la (clim et eau chaude) comparé a ce que nous avions eu précédemment au philippines
Nous vous conseillons de prendre le taci boat ou un tuktuk jusqu’a la white beach (150php par personne) et de faire le reste du chemin a pied car le tuktuk jusqu’au logement coute 600php alors que ca rajoute 5min

En plein milieu de la jungle, très calme et apaisant ! Une vue splendide
Vue incroyable, dépaysement assuré, restaurant collé au logement, white beach à 10/15mn en marchant doucement et contempler la jungle.
Tout était parfait
Die Lodge ist nicht einmal 2 Jahre alt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht (daher der Name). Die Gastgeber (Jimmy und Nico) sind sehr freundlich und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Auch wenn der Weg von Port Barton eine kleine Herausforderung ist, so ist es das auf jeden Fall wert. Fußläufig erreichbar ist der White Beach. Von dort kann man auch ein Wassertaxi nach Port Barton nehmen (neben dem regulärem TukTuk). Neben der Lodge befinden sich 2 Restaurants, die empfehlenswert sind. Auch von dort kann man einen wunderbaren Ausblick geniessen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au View Jungle.
L'accueil de Jimmy et Nico était vraiment top. Ils sont de très bon conseil, toujours disponible et d'une super gentillesse.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et la vue depuis le lodge est tout simplement incroyable.
Cela restera sans aucun doute l'un des plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage aux Philippines.
