First experience with the hotel was the navette from the airport. Pick up was good and chauffeur stopped along the way so we could purchase some groceries. Comfortable ride all the way and not too far to go after our long flight. Unfortunately we had our travelling pillows go missing but other than that, they handled our luggage well.
The hotel was a little off the main street through some cobble-stoned alleyways but was a nice surprise when we arrived with lovely helpful staff and an environment of a well established place with plenty of space, greenery, gift shop, pool, billiard tables, restaurant, and beautiful freshly painted murals on various walls around the compound.
We enjoyed the pool (even in August!) and my wife was even able to purchase a nice swimming costume there! Dinner at the restaurant was great (food was well cooked and reasonably priced) and playing billiards was fun. We enjoyed chatting with some of the staff who made great efforts to speak French or English with us.
The space inside our room was great and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. We had to ask for matches for the stove and washing liquid & sponge for the dishes but they were able to do that promptly. We had warm showers when needed. The beds were comfortable but we missed our own pillows! The view from the apartment was lovely with a great view of the internal environment, pool etc as well as a view over the neighbourhood and beyond. Haze was not attractive but that's Tana!
Our own pillows went missing and could not be found. Hot water could have been set at a higher temperature. The driver that dropped us off at the airport left us at the domestic terminal so we had to walk 10 mins to the international airport - so some better communication with head staff was required. Location-wise, i would have liked to have been closer to the main market to shorten the walk but we planned around that.

Nous avions une chambre familiale pour un couple et deux enfants. Les enfants dormaient dans un canapé gigogne pas très confortable. Le linge de lit n’était pas prévu à notre arrivée pourtant prévu. Le petit déjeuner était bien mais le service très long

Le personnel extrêmement sympathique et à l'écoute.
Le studio vue piscine de 40m².
La musique tout au long de la journée et, le dimanche j'ai eu droit au karaoke au bar/restaurant .
Pour les résidents de l'hôtel qui cherchent à se détendre au bord de la piscine c'est compliqué!! Quand on ose demander de baisser le son un petit peu c'est accepté mais pas forcément apprécié...
Tout était PARFAIT !! je recommande ce lieu où nous sommes réellement bien accueillis séjour très court mais de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui ont fait preuve d'un très bon professionnalisme. FRANCIS ET MICHELE
