Ev güzel dizayn edilmiş, oldukça kullanışlıydı.
Salonda bulunan kanepe iyi temizlenmemişti ve yatağa serilmesi gereken sandığın içindeki çarşafın arasından ufak bir ölü böcek çıktı.
Location near the tram station, but comes at a price.
Many bars and coffee shops around.
The bathroom was nice and well-stocked with toiletries.
The bed is awful, with a poor-quality (warn-out) mattress; no mattress protector or flat sheet.
The skylight brightens up the room from 4 in the morning when it starts getting light.
The tram tracks are just 2 meters from the bedroom window, which operates from early morning until midnight.
Very noisy: street noise and the slamming front door of the building adjacent to the apartment.
No parking offered as per the facilities list; only street parking, around a 15-minute walk away.
No clothes horse (dry rack) to hang wet clothes.
The coach has no feet and is very low to the floor; it will be very difficult for an elderly person to get up.

Im sorry to say that we did have a big problem with this stay which caused us to actually get up and leave early - in fact we even discussed if we should leave the night we checked in. There was an awful smell of what we think was rotten drains all throughout the ground floor of the apartment.
To be fair, the streets on the surrounding areas did have signs stating that they had scheduled drain cleaning so this may well have been unavoidable and out of their control, however I’m sure the cleaners were aware of this smell - it really was horrendous and difficult to work around considering that a member of our party was sleeping on the pull out bed downstairs. It was such a shame because we would have enjoyed the space if not for that.
Location was great and rooms were very spacious. The tips on parking were excellent and genuinely helpful, thanks for that.
We also loved the mummy pigeon that lived in her nest with her three babies outside the bathroom window - an unexpected positive that the kids loved!
Linens and crockery were all clean and smelled fresh.
Bathroom sink tap was very loose and it would have been nice to have had the fold out bed made up for us - that said, everything needed to do it ourselves was right next to it in a lovely hamper.
The apartment literally had everything you would need. I will definitely come back there.
The flat is in a good location, not far from shops and the park.
Irn Bru provided in the fridge which is a nice touch, good amount of amenities provided.

Tram stop located close to the flat (You can hear the tram every 10 mins or so passing by until midnight and then from around 6am)
This flat has a lot of potential, I get the feeling it was rushed when being refurbished.
Front door lock is stiff and takes a few goes to lock and unlock.
Flooring is need of attention, large holes and not suitable for a toddler.
Bathroom door handle is broken and we nearly locked ourselves in.
Bed is creaking and headboard is slightly broken.
Toilet seat is slightly broken.
Lighting is not great.
But worst of all…
The heating in the property (Nest) was not working, I wasn’t told of this beforehand and I had to keep sending messages for heating to be turned on & off. This is really poor, especially when travelling with a child. The flat would become too warm and then too cold.
The hot water tap in the bathroom is set to a temperature you can have a cup of tea with! It’s absolutely unusable, even to put your hand under for a few seconds is dangerous. We burnt our hands a few times trying to use it. Customer services advised they were not able to do anything about the temperature and to top of it off the tap was slightly broken.

Sehr schönes Apartment, aber für den Preis muss ich hier ein bis zwei Dinge bemängeln.
Es liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wo die Tram fährt, also Lärm ist vorprogrammiert. Dann gibt es durch das Fenster in der Decke keine Möglichkeit den Raum ganz abzudunkeln. Wenn es dunkel ist, gibt es keine kleine Lampe irgendwo, sondern nur die großen Deckenlichter.

Nothing at all
The flat was beautifully decorated. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. We were so impressed by the cleanliness! Bedsheets smelled so clean, just like out of laundry.
Maybe some ear plugs would be left in the flat for use, considering how close the tram passes by to the building.
Spokojna dzielnica, przystanek tramwajowy bardzo blisko którym można dojechać na lotnisko i centrum Edynburga. Mieszkanie przestronne wygodne łóżka, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona , czysto . Polecam .
Wanna za wysoko posadowiona i trzeba wysoko podnosić nogi aby do niej wejść i uginająca się pod ciężarem Irytujące dwa krany przy umywalce osobno gorąca i zimna woda .

Also there should be lighting/lamps beside/above the bed for reading etc

I was in disbelief when I walked into this property. I have traveled all over and this was easily the best room I’ve ever stayed in. Walking into the beautiful staircase with the copper and patina paint was such a unique and beautiful entryway. Extremely spacious bathroom with plenty of shelves for your belongings. We utilized the sleeper sofa, which was actually incredibly comfortable. Plenty of dishes and coffee mugs. The tram is literally out the front door and is a very low traffic street so it’s nice and quiet. There was a mixup with our reservation before the trip and the staff worked very hard to remedy the situation and I’m so glad they did.
We had to do laundry and there was no drying rack. We still had places to hang things, but we looked everywhere and it was not where the binder stated. That was the only issue and it’s a small one.
