Lovely apartment in Leith
Pros:

The apartment was clean tidy and well presented . Plenty of facilities if needed.

Cons:

It was on tbe top floor of the building it was fine for us as no mobility issues but having to carry suitcases up all the stairs was tiring. The noise with seagulls on the roof.

Pros:

Leith é a localização perfeita em Edimburgo em zona calma, mas suficientemente próxima do centro da cidade. O espaço é ótimo para famílias com uma decoração cuidada e com comodidades excelentes. A comunicação com os anfitriões foi ótima. Excelente para quem viaja de carro, com zona de estacionamento gratuita a uma curta distância atravessando o parque.

Departamento muy cómodo y completo hasta 4 personas. En nuestro caso éramos 6 y estuvimos un poco apretados.

A beautifully decorated apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment itself was stunning.

Cons:

For a 'luxury' apartment there were a number of things that were not luxury. For example, the mattress felt old and was uncomfortable, the towels were small and worn, the clothes drier was broken and some of the plates and bowls in the cupboards were dirty. The bath was springy and awkward to stand in when showering, this may be because of an issue they pre-warned us about so it may not always be a problem. Checkout at 10am is too early. Overall, the flat was very nice but not worth over £250 per night

Pros:

The location for bars and restaurants wss good. The host was excellent with communication.

Cons:

There was no information package available and the TV was difficult to get going. One of the bedrooms had limited possibilities to store clothes or other belongings.

Massive well equipped apartment great location, needs maintenance.

Massive apartment, great location for Leith

Cons:

Stained towels and curtains. Curtains also very thin so hard to block out light. Bathroom requiring maintenance. Incorrect bath installation makes an unsteady surface to stand on while showering. Older person may have an accident.

Prisvärt men lite off. Speciellt när ”Tram” ej gick pga av branden på Princess streat

Snygg interiör / inredning och planlösning.
Fint att det fanns lite dricka i kylen när vi kom.
Bra om man gillar lugn. Delen av Leith var extremt lugn och tyst.
Vi vaknade av fåglar. Inget annat. Bra med öronproppar på nattygsborden. Uppskattat!

Cons:

Väldigt dålig lukt från badrummet. Mina barn kände ej men jag är känslig och kände direkt lukt av mögel / fukt.
Sovrummet luktade fräscht men lukten from badrummet kom ut i vardagsrummet. Lite tuff trappa med tung resväska.

Excellent property, nicely furnished in a great location
Pros:

Lovely little flat nicely decorated and has everything you need

Cons:

Note that staying in summer it was very hot being on top floor, however a fan was supplied in the bedroom

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Not their fault but the tram was not working and the buses diverted, and it would have been useful to know in advance.

Nothing after the poor response from owner/managnent

Cons:

The bath/shower in apartment 3 was faulty. The base of the bath was not safe it was wobbly. When pressure was applied the smell from the drain was disguising. I reported the problem on the following morning to then be told if only you had told us last night….I arrived at 10pm and went to bed immediately. I woke the next morning to discover the issue and immediately contacted them. After umpteen emails bouncing back and forth they agreed to refund 50% after admitting there was and is a problem. We walked past the apartment later that day and spotted that someone was in the apartment at the window. I asked if he had used the shower and he had. He advised the he was having the same problem we had. Surprisingly it hadn’t been fixed. Terrible service.
