Kurzurlaub mit Freunden ins Baskenland!
Cons:

Für uns ist das Bett zu klein und auch individuelle Decken wären toll!
Aber im Sommer kein Problem, da es sehr warm war.
Das ist eine persönliche Meinung und keine Kritik!

Pros:

Hôtel de charme, au bord de l’eau, avec une vue sur la baie de Saint-Jean de Luz et avec un coucher du de soleil subjuguant. Tout est neuf et meublé avec goût.

Très bon séjour, équipe très accueillante
Pros:

L'emplacement en bord d'océan de l'hôtel.
Et l'odeur du gel douche, très agréable !

Cons:

Il manquerait des bouteilles d'eau de courtoisie dans les chambres.
L'accès au parking.

good location, had everything you need in the rooms and very quiet
Pros:

great location on the beach, and walking distance to all the offerings of the area
staff very attentive, and helped at all times,

Cons:

shame there was not a bar or any food offering except breakfast especially for guests not wanting to eat at 8pm onwards which was all that was on offer externally

We were not entirely satisfied.

We booked a month before but on arrival we were given a room that was totally overlooked at close quarters.
Major concerns over privacy. No curtains in bathroom, (just inappropriately light blinds) We pointed this out to management but our concerns were not addressed.
Toilet tissue of interior quality and appears to be rationed. One and a half rolls per day requiring us to ask for more from the cleaning staff. Embarrassing!
We think it is very strange that there was no water in our room. We have always experienced that to be standard.
I did request a bottle and was surprised to be charged €4.50 for it!
We had no coffee facilities in our room and coffee was not readily available in the hotel except at breakfast.
