My sister and I were able to check in at 2pm. So we had been driving for over four hours and decided to go for lunch. After some lunch we went to the store to get some snacks for the week. We got back and set things on the counter and decided to rest for a bit. Around 8 or so I got up to get us something to drink and a snack, well when I flip the switch roaches went everywhere. They were on the counter with the food and yes I tried to take pictures but by the time I went to get my phone pull up my camera they didn't wait around. Needless to say, I freaked out. They are very fast. I tried contacting the owner but no answer. There was no way I was sleeping with bugs. I did wait to hear from Shannon but nothing. So after finally Priceline found us another room. We had not unpack or used anything so the room was as it was never used. It was late the next day before I heard from Shannon and she said the roaches were Palmetto bugs..lol. I know what roaches are. Either way I didn't pay for any bugs. All I ask was just half our money since we had to get another room. It was my sister birthday and she was 75 and I'm 72.. there went out SS. Ohh yeah they do climb up your leg so I do believe they would climb in the bed. I told her I would not leave a bad review but she just wouldn't work with me at all. Don't stay there because it's ok to have Palmetto bugs on you and your food. But sure look closer they have twins called roaches..
Bugs... being blamed for leaving because she didn't answer my message that night and that made me rude.
Great access to the beach! Hot Tub and Lazy River were a great way to unwind!
Parking garage could be challenging, especially on turns as there wasn’t enough space to maneuver when other vehicles were moving the opposite direction.

The location was perfect for the time we went (late March/early April. It was not overly busy but still had a fair amount of people about to not make it weird. Being able to just walk to the beach right from the property was great. The room was great. We liked being on the top floor and the hire from the balcony is exactly as you see it. The stove is small but perfect for cooking meals in your room.
The lazy river was always busy and often had kids swimming it versus using the associated tubes. It made it hard for adults (or bigger kids) to use it at times.
The location was ideal to every place we needed to go.
Some of the common areas like the laundry and fitness center could use an upgrade.

The view was spectacular. The host was so accommodating and responded quickly. Everything worked in the condo. The pools and hot tubs were kept.
The only downfall was with the leaking roof in the indoor pool area.

The beds wasn’t comfortable the lights from the bedroom tv was flashing like a camera,beds was supposed to be a queen size but looked like a full size mattress had another top layer that was splitting off the bed like a surf board! Old furniture wasn’t what I expected for a penthouse
The room was clean and accommodating for my family’s one night stay. The location was perfect!
The beds were a little uncomfortable. There was not a blanket or comforter for the pull out bed only a sheet set.
