Comfortable, nice pool, a little inconvenient.
Pros:

The pool was great, particularly as we were in a pool room so was easy to access. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
Close to a good weekend market.
They let us check in early for the rooms that were ready.
There were cool fish.

Cons:

There was no food available on site - no restaurant at all so the closest option was a 10 minute walk to central mall in the hot sun along the highways. Really not close to anything particularly walking distance. Probably not the best location for Phuket town.

I have been satisfied with the rooms during my previous stays, but this time my experience was different

Cons:

I booked a Superior room, but I was assigned an accessible room instead. There was no prior information about this before my arrival. Since the room layout is different from a standard Superior room, it did not fully meet my expectations. I believe clearer communication in advance would be appreciated.”
