Perfekter Erholungsurlaub
Pros:

Alles! Wir hatten nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Die Lage war wunderbar. Fußläufig direkt am Strand aber durch den Komfort im Hotel hatte man auch alles vor Ort zum Entspannen. Perfekt für eine Woche pure Erholung.

Un hotel agradable, que NO es un 4 estrellas superior
Pros:

Es un hotel agradable, ubicado en una zona fantástica de Benicassim. Muy nuevo y bonito. Las camas muy cómodas y, aunque es pequeñito, las zonas de piscinas son muy agradables. ¡El servicio de limpieza es el más amable y cariñoso de todo el hotel! Mucho más que los de recepción y el personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Es un hotel agradable y eso es indudable, pero no es un 4 estrellas superior. Para serlo, hay que hacer bastante más que ponerlo por todas partes. He ido a este hotel dos veces este verano y puedo confirmarlo: lo de 4 estrellas superior les queda grande. Personal poco formado y muchas veces poco amable, desorden general en el desayuno, con comandas de café que no se toman, que no llegan, mesas que no se recogen. El servicio de bar en general, nunca está pendiente y hay que entrar a pedir las cosas si estás en la piscina. En recepción apenas dan explicaciones cuando entras y hay cosas de las que nos enteramos por otros clientes, como que se podían pedir toallas para la piscina. Las habitaciones, para lo que se paga, son bastante pequeñas y les faltan algunos detalles. En nuestra segunda estancia, nos sorprendió el ruido que había del propio funcionamiento del hotel desde las 8am. Entendemos que el hotel puede requerir que los trabajo empiecen pronto, pero no puede ser que impacte tanto en clientes que lo que pretenden es descansar. Creo que hay mala insonorización de las habitaciones y que en general, se podrían mejorar algunas cosas a nivel organizativo para mejorar esto. Cuando la chica que recibe en el desayuno me preguntó si habíamos dormido bien (y solo porque ella me preguntó) y yo le respondí precisamente con este dato, que desde las 8am no habíamos podido descansar, nos respondió en un tono bastante desagradable y antipático. En ese mismo desayuno esta misma persona les respondió a otros clientes que le pidieron si podía recoger una mesa para desayunar ellos (la mesa llevaba sucia con cosas de otros clientes más de una hora) que ella no era camarera. Me parecen unos modos que no son propios en ningún negocio que sea cara al público, pero es que mucho menos en un hotel que presume ser 4 estrellas superior.

Hotel stay for festival goers
Pros:

Comfy beds, nice shower and very clean, good place to relax in between the festival. Nice location next to the beach. Friendly staff, easy to check in and out.

Cons:

We were refused bicycle rental at the hotel because we were attending a local festival, I didnt appreciate the assumption that attending a festival made us automatically irresponsible. A few mornings we waited a long time for drinks at breakfast and had to get our own cutlery, if you get there at the latter part of breakfast the food doesn't seem to be replenished at the buffet.

Estupendo hotel en la costa.
Pros:

La cama magnifica incluidas las sabanas y las almohadas. El personal y la cena del restaurante con gran calidad y mejor sabor. Por decir algo añadiria alguna tumbona mas en la zona piscina. El servicio de habitacion tambien muy bien.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel bis auf die Negativpunkte
Pros:

Zimmer sehr sauber, Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ganzes Hotel sehr gepflegt, Lage zum Strand optimal, Frühstücksangebot sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig

Cons:

Personal Restaurant: Zu unerfahren, unaufmerksam, wirkte unmotiviert.
Frühstück: Warum keine Kaffeemaschine zur Selbstbedienung (lange Wartezeiten durch Servicepersonal)
Zimmer: Stauraum für Koffer und Kleider bescheiden
Bar auf Dachterasse war trotz gutem Wetter während des gesamten Aufenthaltes (11 Tage) nie geöffnet.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Pool. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Lage. In 2 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Strand.

Cons:

Schade dass die Rooftopbar am Abend nicht offen war!
