The staff was helpful and arranging despite the poor conditions of the place.
Don't come here if you want to actually have some sleep. The place is right next to a train that passes regularly from 5 am until midnight. Even with ear plugs I could still hear the train. Additional to the train there's a huge avenue right in front and the windows are not sound proof, so during the night you can hear motos and cars/trucks etc. The facilities were disappointing as well. I was given a room with a window that could not be closed. Smog and noise would enter right in. The stuff was super friendly and understanding and changed my room to a lower floor, the third one, so right in front of the train tracks. The surroundings do have good restaurants around, but just don't stay here if you want to have a good night sleep though

Check out by Miss nasrin and she was polite and lovely. The room is clean I like the white beedsheet and large bed. Can fit me and husband and my 5yrs old. Room is spacious I can pray and still have space for them to walk around. Cold and hot drinking water is available on the same floor. Checking 24hours which is good for night owl like us. Vending machine at the lobby
Shower Water not hot/not available I don't know but I don't mind showering with cold water. Can't log in Netflix on tv.
The trains running by in the evenings were a hassle but I was just looking for somewhere cheap to stay

Extremely noisy because of the subway right in front of the window, the window are basically useless to cut the noise

The property is in a good location to have access to main tourist spots of KL within 30 minute walk. its also very close to Central Market so a great place to have food/shop etc.
It’s also very close to the metro so you can easily travel further if needed.
Staff were friendly and it has 24/7 open desk so easy to get in and out.
Bedroom was very small and after a few days, felt quite claustrophobic. We asked to move to a bigger room and were told to come back the next day, then the next day, then the next day. But the move never happened.
The location is directly next to the train line so if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay there.
Honestly speaking: the only reason to stay there, is because it is cheap.
It was too hot to move out after 2 days. So we were too lazy - our fault.
Otherwise. Honestly: Avoid this place.
The rooms are basically ok. Though they directly face of a train track (which sounds it drives through your room), Even the double glass windows did not reduce the noise.
They dont clean the room. ZERO! You have to push them to do so, as much as you have to ask for tissue paper.
The day-receptionist was friendly but mostly helpless and for almost everything had to call his supervisor on the phone.
The supervisors were easy, though and solved whatever you asked them. But you had to stand on their feet to get things done.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room stank of cigarettes when I arrived and it took over a day for that smell to fade. The rooms are right on the main road and next to a train track where trains run every five minutes from early in the morning. Both are extremely loud and make sleep virtually impossible. I was there for five days and at no point did anyone clean my room. The reception area stinks for some reason. Overall, terrible hotel.

The door was closed , we didn’t even get to get in , we called the number we stayed in the door for more then half an hour and they didn’t open the door for us when we had a booking and they approved it
