Algo importante a tener en cuenta es que nuestra habitación contaba con piscina privada, pero más que una piscina privada, se siente una piscina de "uso exclusivo", ya que si buscas privacidad, no la tienes. Desde las otras dos piscinas, que están literalmente al lado, se ve y se escucha todo. Algo que podría arreglarse con algunas plantas que tapen la vista entre la piscina de la habitación y las otras dos. Sobretodo porque el precio que pagas por tener piscina privada es más elevado.
No había crema corporal entre los productos de baño (solamente hay jabón de cuerpo, champú y acondicionador). Siendo un entorno de playa y un hotel de estas características, se agradecería.
Muchas de las fotografías y el contenido subido por el hotel a Instagram y Tik tok está hecho con la IA. Algo que me dio bastante desconfianza a la hora de reservar el hotel, porque no parecía real. Es una pena, porque el hotel es increíble.

Schlechte Stimmung unter dem Personal - vermutlich Mismanagement- Haben so etwas auf der ganzen Reise durch Mexiko nicht erlebt! Normalerweise sind die Mexikaner liebenswert!

Terrible experience – do not recommend

The cleanliness was unacceptable. Both the towels and bed linens were dirty and stained. We requested replacements, but staff seemed reluctant to assist. After waiting nearly two hours, we received new items—only to find that the replacement towels were also stained.

The furniture was in poor condition as well, with visible stains on the couch and pillows.

Security was a major concern. The rooms use keyless entry, and we repeatedly heard staff announcing door codes out loud over their radios in front of other guests. It appeared that the same code was used for multiple rooms—we had two rooms and tried to confirm this—which felt extremely unsafe.

Communication was also overwhelming and confusing. On the first day alone, I received eight emails with repeated check-in instructions and changing door codes.

Connectivity was another issue. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and there was virtually no mobile reception. Between the three of us, using different carriers, none of us could get more than intermittent 3G service in a small corner of the apartment.

There was also no in-room safe. Given the concerns around shared door codes and lack of security, we did not feel comfortable leaving any valuables in the apartment.

Le falta tener algun servicio de alimentos y mejores filtros en las albercas que en si son bastante pequeñas.

I generally do not write negative reviews but I feel the need to do so here - I want to recognize this is probably not the staff’s fault but the management - unfortunately I never actually saw a mgr/supervisor to discuss.

From the very first interaction, the experience was disappointing. When I reached out via WhatsApp, the “manager” (whom I never saw in person) was unhelpful in guiding me on which room to book and told me to “figure it out” since all the information was on Booking. I relied on the photos there, which turned out to be inaccurate, and booked a more expensive room based on the promised style and view. When we arrived, the room did not match the photos at all. We were told it was Booking’s fault, and no upgrade, refund, or solution was offered. When we asked to change rooms, we were told no and given no alternatives or apology.

The property itself was in poor condition, under construction, and not clean. It does not look like the photos. There was dried food on the rugs, hair in two separate showers, a stained couch, black mold behind the kitchen sink, scratched and burned pans, and cheap plastic dishes.

The staff were generally unhelpful, and the policies felt unwelcoming. We weren’t allowed to charge coffee to the room despite staying a week, were charged different prices for the same coffee on different days, and had to leave a license as a deposit for old pool towels. We also asked for simple local recommendations (laundry, yoga, cafés) and received no assistance.

In addition, bright neon pool lights stayed on all night, and with no curtains on some windows, it was impossible to block out the light.
