El lugar esta muy bonito, está aislado pero creo que puede ser parte del encanto. El SPA está muy bonito. El personal muy amable.
El personal es muy amable pero le falta capacitación. Hay detalles de limpieza que desmerecen mucho, la alberca del SPA tenía muchos cabellos e insectos. Adicionalmente el jacuzzi no funcionaba y la tina fria no estaba fria. Loa alimentos mas o menos.
Las personas eran super mega agradables, todas. La cama super cómoda, el cuarto lindisimo, los productos como crema, shampoo, jabón huelen delicioso.
Nunca tuvimos Internet y es dificil salir o entrar al hotel si no cuentas con carro propio, parece cerca de la ciudad pero en realidad no lo está; al uber le cuesta trabajo dar tambien con el hotel y siempre el gps le marca la entrada por otro lado. Sus alrededores son aun terracería.

La zona esta un poco retirada.
También el estacionamiento no es techado, por lo que los carros suelen calentarse mucho dado que esta una zona árida
Tiene una decoración excelente, es muy amplio, está limpio, cómodo, personal amable y precio accesible. Muy buena ubicación.
Los alrededores son baldios y en un inicio parecería desolado
La habitación era enorme y la decoración es bellísima. Bien controlado el tema de la iluminación y el aislamiento en la mañana.
Hay una forma de llegar a través de un camino de terrecería que pareciera no ser el correcto y puede ser un poco inseguro. La alberca no estaba climatizada y se veía un poco sucia.
Diseño de instalaciones
El ruido entre habitaciones y el wifi es muy inestable.
Cuidar pertenecias, no dejar nada de valor fuera de la caja de seguridad o ropa acomodada en el closet
El desayuno.
Que no pudimos pedir cena a la habitación porque se tardaban muchisimo, y que al día siguiente pusieron cloro a la alberca y ya no pudimos meternos

El recepcionista necesita un poco más de amabilidad y el agua de la alberca es fría.
