Cumple con las especificaciones.
Cons:

No se realizó el aseo de mi habitación aunque el personal de limpieza me comentó que regresaría más tarde. El hotel cumple con lo especificado aunque me pareció un poco retirado de la ciudad.

La habitación era muy cómoda y el hidromasaje una maravilla!
También el personal super amables, la chica de recepción muy servicial y atenta.
Pedimos varias veces servicio a la habitación y fueron muy rápidos y atentos

Cons:

Como que se rompió algo de vidrio y no quedó libre la zona ya que al caminar descalza me encaje unas piezas muy pequeñas.
También se fue la luz por la noche

Tiene buena ubicación
El sazón del desayuno es bueno y está incluido por la estancia

Poca actitud de servicio de la mayoría del personal
Pequeños detalles en los que podrían poner atención, como dejar tazas y cucharas para el café en la habitación, ya que había cafetera y cápsulas
La alberca está bien, pero sería mejor climatizada

En muy buen hotel que con pocos esfuerzos podría ser excelente!
Pros:

El lugar esta muy bonito, está aislado pero creo que puede ser parte del encanto. El SPA está muy bonito. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El personal es muy amable pero le falta capacitación. Hay detalles de limpieza que desmerecen mucho, la alberca del SPA tenía muchos cabellos e insectos. Adicionalmente el jacuzzi no funcionaba y la tina fria no estaba fria. Loa alimentos mas o menos.
