In all in all we had a lovely time and if Lord Jagannath calls us to Puri again we shall stay at Taj

The property is very well maintained!! It is situated on the outskirts of the Puri city!! But once you are in you donot care where you are. The overall hospitality, courtesy and service by the staff are the USP of this resort !! Each and every member is always ready to go beyond to satisfy its guests in all ways be it room, food or in any other ways. We had a great experience because of people like Ms Anjali Thapa, Mr Tandon, chef maunee and her entire team, chef Rana and his team, Mr Yash Restaurant incharge, Mr Ajay and Mr Biswas . Serving with smiling faces at the restaurant by almost all make all meals more happier experiences. Live instrument playing during breakfast time and dance performances during high tea followed by Sandhya Aarti with chanking of shlokas in sanskrit make the entire day more beautiful, stress free and soothing!! Visiting the great temple of Puri and darshan of Lord Jagannath through the Experience team of the hotel make the entire trip very very spiritual and successful Jatra!!!

Cons:

Continuous checking by all the staff if all
was going well and ok, if we were fine can sometimes make the entire conversation very irritating and over bothering!!! We found some staff ‘s actions overtly out of need for good review from guests rather than out of genuine care. Artificial gestures are not appreciated!! And over botheration by some staff was little annoying as well!!!

Our stay at Taj Puri Resort was truly pleasant, relaxing, and memorable, thanks to the warm hospital

All the staff of Taj Puri Resort that we got to meet during our visit were extremely courteous, warm, and helpful. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Our stay was very pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing, and the hospitality truly made our experience special.

The resort has a wonderful ambience, the service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We really appreciated their attention to detail and friendly attitude throughout our visit.

Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would definitely love to visit Taj Puri Resort again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay with exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

I won't say i don't like but that would have been Cherry on Top if we could save and get the same hospitality with a little bit less charges. As a consumer i will always root for saving money and get the best deals too.

Would love to come back again .
Pros:

Location was excellent . Breakfast spread was invigorating. Loved the delicacies of South East asian Sea Food restaurant . Ideal for family with kids ....beach front feels so refreshing .

Cons:

Even for small requirement like swim costume , googles or sunscreen need to go at least 3- 4 km . The Property should have small shop selling some basic items along with local Puri art-crafts for souvenirs .

Overall this just a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The food is flavourful with good number of options. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff at the reception were really nice and helpful. I also loved the parting gift.

Cons:

Well I am not someone who complains a lot but there were two instances which I didn’t like.
We went to watch the dance performance at high tea and I was too exhausted so my husband asked for juice. We were sitting there for a long time but the juice didn’t arrive but the same staff offered juice to the people beside us.
Second during breakfast we asked for a dosa twice.
Again the same thing happened. The other tables who ordered together with us got their food and ours didn’t arrive. And we left.

Now I understand that it gets a little chaotic during the breakfast hours and there are too many people around. But still the same thing twice doesn’t feel good.
