Terrific service from staff. Went above and beyond in helping book a tour and find trains on urgent turnaround. Communicated very clearly and showed lots of care in our changing plans through entire stay. Henry was amazing in all his help

Beautiful resort with high end amenities like a small gym, a great sauna, pool kept at just over 30°, spa, pool table, DJ and outdoor fireplace. Room was very comfortable and clean with nice soaps and lotions. Well taken care of with excellent staff and service. Buffet was the best I've had in Vietnam.

Air con kept turning off and ceiling fan was buzzing.
I was "upgraded" but my room was right beside another building with loud music and screaming kids. Yes the location is central but it wasn't as serene as I had pictured.
Happy hour is 50% off drinks but original price was 100k for a Hanoi beer. This is a very heavy markup
We stayed at the Myst for two nights, the location is right in Sapa centre with Sun plaza just a few minutes down the road. As soon as you walk inside the lobby is probably the most beautiful architecture I've seen in a hotel. It's stunning, unique and very tranquil. Staff were very lovely and gave us a small souvenir when we left which was very sweet. The Japanese bidet toilets are a fantastic addition.
The rooms itself do not convey the same aura though, they were basic not having the much decor/vibe as the space outside -although rooms were nice and spacious. There were a couple of things that dampened our stay, the main thing being the music playing at 5:30AM from the lobby. We were facing the pool/lobby so that probably didn't help. The rooms are not very soundproof and it woke us up each morning, if music is necessary I'd consider turning it down much lower or keeping it off till 8am in consideration for those who are near the lobby. It unfortunately did affect the rating of the hotel a lot and turned a great stay into an average stay -after a long day of sightseeing the last thing you want is for your rest to be interrupted. Secondly, staff should turn on the saunas everyday, i understand it's up to the clients outside of set hours to turn it on but I do feel like they should already be on and ready for the times stated especially because they're confusing to turn on. There was one that wasn't working and if there was someone designated to turn them on that could've been checked. Lastly, the Myst lies on top of a hill and it is quite steep. I wouldn't recommend this with people who have mobility issues or weak, elderly people -it was fine for us but just something to note. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this hotel, it is very beautiful but many things could be improved. Gym is also very small.
Well-located, it was a 5 min walk to Sunplaza to catch the rail to get to Fansipan cable car. Close to shops, from 5 pm to 6 pm they have music with a complimentary drink (alcoholic/non-alcoholic)…misty and overlooking mountains. We stayed in forest double room and had a balcony with a view to the pool and mountains. Pool is 1.3m deep and relaxing. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Everything is great, we did not have the time to use the sauna or the spa. Note the walk to town includes going down a long flight of stone steps.

Hotel wyróżnia się czystością, dbałością o estetykę i detale. Ładne otoczenie wewnątrz i basen. Restauracja urządzona gustownie, w nowoczesnym stylu, a dania serwowane są w elegancki i estetyczny sposób. Mimo sporej liczby pokoi hotel zachowuje kameralną atmosferę.
Ceny w restauracji są dość wygórowane w porównaniu z pobliskimi lokalami. Choć śniadania są smaczne, 450 tys. VND za osobę to sporo. Nawet uwzględniając wystrój. Podobnie piwo za 115 tys. VND nie różni się od tego dostępnego w innych miejscach za 35–40 tys. VND.

The hotel was recently renovated, looks clean and new. The room was clean, big, renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were simply amazing! They helped with every single request of mine to the full extent.
Absolutely great choice. The hotel is a new built with a fantastic restaurant, excellent amenities and with a great staff always ready to support and help. I highly recommend the Myst!
