המלון ממוקם ממש מול הים.
אני לא מבינה על סמך מה המלון מצהיר על עצמו כבעל חמישה כוכבים . אין סיכוי שמישהו העניק 5 כוכבים לסטנדרטים כאלה : למלון אין בריכה. מדובר במשהו שנראה יותר כמו אמבטיה גדולה מאשר בריכה. החוויה בארוחת הבוקר היתה מזוויעה: חלק ממקומות הישיבה ממוקמים בגינה ויש שם להקות של יונים שמתנפלות על היושבים ועל האוכל . לא ניתן להשאיר את האוכל אפילו לשניה וזאת בעיה , כי אין מלצרים שמגישים קפה או מים . כשביקשנו מהמלצר קפה הוא שלח אותנו להכין לבד במכונה שבתוך חדר האוכל . מזעזע . החניה רחוקה מהמלון והיא בתשלום למרות שתעריך המלון הוא הגבוה ביותר מכל המלונות באזור . אין מי שיבוא לעזור עם המזוודות ואדם מבוגר הי. צריך לסחוב מזוודה עד למלון , מרחק של 400 מטר בערך . בחדר הכושר יש ריח מזוויע של ביוב וחם שם . החשמל בחדר הכושר עובד על חיישן שמזהה תנועה בחדר אבל באזור שבו ממוקם ההליכון , החיישן לא עובד וכך קורה שכאשר הולכים על ההליכון , החשמל נכבה . החדרים מאוד פשוטים ונראים קצת כמו אכסניה . בחדרים ישנה מכונת קפה אבל לא שמו קפסולות ואין שקיקי תה .היינו צריכים לקנות שקיקי תה ולבקש מים רותחים מהבר . למלון אין חוף פרטי וצריך לשלם 25 אירו על כיסא ועוד על שמשיה. זה מלון ברמה של 3 כוכבים . לא יותר

Reggelinél a galambok osszejarkaljak es kakilják az asztalokat, nem lehet 1 more sem szabadon hagyni, egy halo lehet tavoltartana őket.
Illetve én 168 cm vagyok, de sokszor lelogott a lábam alvás kozben, persze szuper kényelmes volt egyébként, de ha magasabb ember is használja, jo tudni 🥰
The location was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The hotel feels luxurious, with beautiful and elegant décor, and everything was very well organized and maintained. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

Front desk staff unfortunately ruined what otherwise would have been an amazing experience.
One night, my friend and I went to dinner after 9pm. When I returned, I realized staff had been in my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on the door. There were new towels, different lights were on than when I left, and I had not requested any type of service.
When I called the front desk, their first response was essentially asking why this was an issue. They sent the chef up to speak with me. There may have been some confusion due to the language barrier, which is completely understandable and was not the issue.
The chef was incredibly kind. I explained that we had gone to dinner, I came back a little over an hour later, and someone had entered my room even though I had left the Do Not Disturb sign out. He immediately told me this was not normal, apologized, and said no one should have entered my room that late. He told me to report it again in the morning and said he would also speak with the front desk.
He made me feel heard and cared for as a guest, and he is genuinely the reason this property did not receive a lower score from me.
Unfortunately, after he spoke with the front desk, another staff member came to my room and had a completely different response. She repeatedly suggested that I must have brought the sign inside and that this was why someone entered.
I was very clear that I had left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door when I went to dinner. The sign has two different colored sides, which I actually did not realize until after this happened. When I returned, the “clean my room” side had been flipped around and was visible on the inside of my door. That made it even more obvious to me that the sign had been moved when someone entered the room.
I also would have had no reason to bring the sign inside before dinner because I wanted the Do Not Disturb sign left out for the following day.

Very clean, good facilities and attentive staff. Great location.
We had to vacate our room by 11am (standard and expected), however the shower and changing facilities for getting ready later that day were poor. Shower room was very small with no towel provided.
