Einmal ok, aber nicht mehr
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Leider wurde das gebrauchte Handtuch vom Boden nicht ersetzt, sondern nur wieder aufgehängt.

Cons:

Freundlichkeit des Personals nachdem wir keinen Tisch im Restaurant fürs Nachtessen buchen wollten.
Frische geschnittene Früchte wurden beim Frühstück nicht wieder aufgefüllt, obwohl man noch 1 1/4 Stunde hätte frühstücken können.

Le restant était très bien, dommage d’avoir eu cette incident

La piscine, la chambre, la terrasse, le petit déjeuner, le dîner…

Cons:

Nous avons eu un soucis avec la carte de la chambre qui permet l’électricité de celle-ci. Il y avait un défaut et nous avons été réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit à cause de toutes les lumières de la chambre qui s’allumaient !!!

Excellent restaurant dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Literie confortable, propre, chambre spacieuse et agréable. Le restaurant de cet hôtel est excellent, je ne me souviens pas avoir aussi bien mangé. Bravo au chef. Petit déjeuner varié et très bon.

Cons:

Je trouve que la piscine était fraîche et le jacuzzi de même, pour moi ce n’était pas à 31 degrés.
Chambre non insonorisée, énormément de bruit (événement dehors qui explique cela) mais également plus tard le soir on entend les bruits du voisin et c’est vraiment dérangeant. Heureusement ça s’est calmé vers 23h30 et on a pu dormir…

Modernes Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Spa-Anlage
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Hotel-, Spa-, Zimmerausstattung ist modern, zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird ein vielfältiges Frühstück angeboten. Das Restaurant ist im elsässer Ambiente gestaltet.

Cons:

Es gibt zwar 6 E-Ladesäulen (Steckertyp 2). Aber der Preis je Ladevorgang ist extrem hoch (13 kWh = 18 €).
