Pros:

Les échanges avec le personnel sont fluides et l'emplacement est très bon

Cette maison ne correspond pas aux descriptions, et le studio que j'ai occupé ne figure pas sur Booking, car ce n'est pas la même adresse. J'ai su après avoir réservé que mon logement est à Hunan Road. Les équipements et le confort laissent à désirer.

Homely apartment in great location
Pros:

It was a great location, next to the metro station or a short drive to the major sights. Was a peaceful neighbourhood and the apartment was big, clean and homely. I had no issues during my stay, and the staff were very fast at responding.

King size beds, big space, but unclean.
Pros:

The unit was big and the beds were more like king size beds each. The property owner/contact was extremely friendly and responsive, and was okay with us paying in cash to avoid foreign credit card fee (or wechat, but for some reason we couldn't). The AC (without the humidifier turned on) worked okay. Having laundry was also great.

Cons:

The lack of cleanliness. The surfaces was fine, but the floor was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor (and in the bed), and under the furniture was quite unclean. We were playing floor is lava the whole time we were there. We also avoided cooking since the cleanliness was questionable.

The landlord's service is excellent
Pros:

This was our first time visiting Shanghai and we stayed here for one nights. Overall, the experience was better than we expected. The apartment isn’t very large, but it was more than enough for two people. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept very well after spending long days exploring the city.

We were initially a little unsure about the self check-in because there is no front desk and we had to follow the instructions ourselves. However, the host sent us detailed information through WhatsApp before arrival, and we found the apartment quite quickly once we followed the instructions. We had one small question and contacted the host through WhatsApp, and they responded fairly quickly.

Cons:

The building itself is a typical older residential building in Shanghai, so the common areas are quite basic and definitely not like a modern hotel. The apartment itself was much more comfortable than the outside of the building suggested.

Ojalá y algo me hubiera gustado, porque las condiciones higiénicas eran tan deplorables que rozaban la insalubridad. Íbamos para 5 noches y solo pasamos una y salimos comidos de picaduras de vete tu a saber qué... No creo haber estado en un sitio igual a esto nunca. ojalá poder darle un cero

El apartamento estaba tan sucio que daba verdadero asco dormir allí. Nos quedamos una noche de las 5 que habíamos reservado, y porque el primer día llegamos sobre las 3 de la mañana y cuando llegamos al apartamento y nos encontramos con ese agujero infecto no podíamos hacer otra cosa. Según nos levantamos, salimos a desayunar y con las mismas, a buscar otro alojamiento. En las fotos del apartamento 105 aparece un sofá a la entrada con una mesa que ya no existían. El sofá estaba en la calle, en la puerta del apartamento, mojado y lleno de porquería, y en su lugar había otra cama que imposibilitaba el paso desde la entrada, y la movilidad por el "apartamento". La cama estaba sucia, las sábanas llenas de manchas, el baño lleno de pelos y con moho en los perfiles de la mampara de la ducha. La cocina daba miedo: las ollas que dejaron para cocinar daban asco... Todo parecido con la realidad: pura ficción ( y tengo foto de todo ello). Después de hablar con el alojamiento, nos dicen que sienten mucho todo, que nos cambian de apartamento pero que tenemos que pasar otra noche allí porque los demás están ocupados. Ante la negativa por nuestra parte, solicitamos el reembolso, y nos dicen que nos cobran una noche, porque claro, hemos "dormido" allí (recuerdo que llegamos a las 3 de la mañana, pero vale, me lo tengo que comer) y que, haciéndonos un favor, nos devuelven el importe de la otras 4, porque una vez realizado el check in no se permite devolución y el segundo día eran más de las 12 . Yo me pregunto: ¿y yo a quien le reclamo el taxi de ida a su agujero infecto, el nuevo taxi para llevar mis cosas al nuevo alojamiento, y el día de mis vacaciones que he perdido por culpa de una alojamiento que es insalubre, en el que no se puede estar, y del que me veo obligada a irme, con lo que eso supone?

Vreselijk en smerig
Pros:

Vooropgesteld; het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Maar de accomodatie was vreselijk.

Bij aankomst was het appartement nog niet schoon en klaar, pas om 17 uur was alles gereed.

Toen de schoonmaak weg was vonden we overal muizenkeutels en dode kakkerlakken. Daarnaast was het gewoon echt heel vies en maanden niet grondig gereinigd. We hebben toen meteen besloten om ons verblijf in te korten en kregen gelukkig ons geld terug.

Cons:

Het was vreselijk!
