****HONEST REVIEW FROM FOREIGNER. AVOID HERE IF YOU CAN. PLENTY OF OPTIONS OUT THERE****** Communication was not ideal. Be prepared to be bombarded with text messages, complicated instructions, and request upon request upon request just to book a room. Instructions were so unclear that we could not even gain access to the room, or receive your access key as there are multiple lock boxes. As emergency because we had all our bags, I attempted to call them approximately 7 times with nil answer despite them still sending me text messages. How can they not answer a simple phone call that would solve the issue in 1 min rather than sending 15 messages while standing out the front. I also asked them multiple times to add me on WeChat and they did not accept my request until several days later. However when they require payment or information they send a thousand messages. So they only respond quickly when it conviences them. Also, I asked several times to inform me for early check in and to message when room was ready. It was only until I turned up thinking I was going to drop bags off, was the room miraculously ready. Why is such a simple request of messaging as soon as room is ready so difficult. Their idea of customer service is sending the same text message over and over and over again thinking this will solve problem. You don't speak to one person, you speak to multiple people at once which is extremely confusing and most likely ai generated. Be prepared for complicated, lengthy, poor customer service and any issues or requests not taken seriously.

Cons:

內部非常陳舊，進出安全性有疑慮，雨天地面和樓梯間濕滑，2天台幣12000性價比極低，房間室內設備簡陋不潔，與訂房網照片差距極大，翻身床板會響，還發現前住客遺留在沙發上的眼鏡和衣櫃內穿過的內褲 ，12000住旁邊的全季都好上百倍，太離譜

房屋的狀態很糟，不過房東有積極處理，隔日也幫我們換了新的地方⋯不過房內傢俱依然老舊，廁所有發霉污垢、沙發還破洞用膠帶補強。穿黑色衣服坐在沙發上起來會有非常多不明的動物毛髮沾黏，總之很崩潰⋯不知道9分的評價怎麼來的

屋內的傢俱很舊很髒，一進屋內就有一種髒髒的感覺⋯拖鞋、垃圾桶、床頭、腳踏墊都有明顯的污漬，讓人非常不舒服⋯

Ce n’est pas un hôtel.
C’est une arnaque, suite à des supposées problèmes de paiement avec Booking ils m’ont demandés de venir sans Booking. Avant de venir il m’ont montré par Whatapps comment y aller et c’était vraiment très moche et dangereux. Malheureusement je n’en ai pas pu annuler !
L’argent a été quand même prélevé sur mon compte.

Cons:

I didn't check in and had to cancel the reservation. Because the hotel did something very unprofessional and totally out of blue: They told me my credit card got some problem so I got to use another one. As any one in China know this is a clear signal of criminal activity. So it took me and my assistant quite some efforts to sort things out -- I think this hotel chain is using AI to do the work and AI malfunctioned. But the hotel should take the responsibility.

Pros:

C'était un très chouette studio dans lequel nous avons vécu pendant 6 jours à deux adultes et un enfant sans problème.
La résidence était calme et le quartier est incroyable en plein dans la french concession.
Mais le plus important c'est la réactivité des propriétaires ils ont été incroyablement gentil et ont bien pris soin de notre confort
