Location is near to shopping street in Jing An, toilet was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not the cleanest, there were leftover instant noodles in the hot water kettle when we checked in, window ledge and curtains are dusty and worn

Close to the subway, and the neighborhood is really quiet - we slept great!The landlord also responded to my inquiries promptly - the two rooms are separated on either side so there's no interference.

Pros:

The management was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were very disappointed upon arrival. The condition of the apartment was very different than the website images. The two bathrooms were in poor condition and the beds are super hard to sleep in. Unfortunately, we didn’t even spend one night in the premises and moved to a hotel instead.
