Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

マッターホルンの景色を独占出来ます♪
Pros:

日中は多くの訪問者で大混雑の展望台が鉄道の走らない18時以降と8:30前は滞在者だけで独占出来ます。
夕食と朝食は大きな窓からマッターホルンを眺めながらいただきました。
15時から翌日の11時までの滞在で雨→曇り→晴れと色々なマッターホルンが眺められます。
立地は最高です。
夕食と朝食も美味しかったです。

Ein traumhaftes Bergerlebnis - selbst für Schweizer
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und nehmen das Thema der umliegenden Berge auf. Originell gemacht. Auf dem Gornergrat kann man ein wunderbares Panorama geniessen (im Zimmer und ausserhalb). Es gibt einen Teil Restaurant, das ausschliesslich für die Hotelgäste reserviert ist. Am Abend und am frühen Morgen kann man den Ausblick ungestört geniessen (ohne ihn mit unzähligen Touristen teilen zu müssen). Günstig war es nicht, aber trotzdem das Geld wert, weil es ein tolles Erlebnis war. Wir hatten totales Wetterglück.

Cons:

Das Menü von der Halbpension war ok, insgesamt sehr deftig und eher uninspiriert. Hier hat es noch Luft nach oben. Deutschsprechende Gäste finden im Hotel kaum Personal, die diese Sprache können.... Englisch ist hier oben die 'Amtssprache'.

Wyjątkowy hotel w magicznej lokalizacji!
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu to absolutnie niezapomniane przeżycie. Lokalizacja na wysokości 3100 m z panoramą czterotysięczników, widokiem na majestatyczny Matterhorn oraz otaczające lodowce jest magiczna i nie do opisania. Do tego kilka platform widokowych oraz magiczne wieczory i poranki bez turystów.
Hotel zachwyca nie tylko położeniem, ale i wysokim standardem. Pokoje są nowoczesne, czyste i komfortowe. W ramach pobytu kuchnia serwuje 4-ro daniową pyszną obiadokolację oraz smaczne śniadanie, które idealnie dopełniają luksusowy pobyt. Obsługa jest niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna.
Widoki o wschodzie i zachodzie słońca pozostaną na zawsze w pamięci.

Un séjour de rêve
Pros:

Absolument tout, l'emplacement est féerique, le personnel gentil et professionnel, nous avons eu la chance d'être surclassé (encore un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour inoubliable) la chambre était absolument parfaite (vue panoramique Mont Rose, Castor et Pollux, Mont Cervin). Les repas sont d'excellente qualité, en quantité idéale. Quelle chance de voir les bouquetins depuis la terrasse et la chambre matin et soir. Bref, encore un immense merci pour ce moment hors du temps.

值得來一趟
Pros:

住在一個可以感受大山的震撼與壯麗風景並帶有大陽台的房間，住一晚不會遺憾的！
傍晚甚至可以悠閒散步，享受近乎無人的寧靜
早餐簡單，但每一道都非常美味，我很懷念這裡的早餐😃

另外感覺到餐廳服務生的冷漠，似乎他們對於非亞洲人比較熱情，但仍然是有禮貌的
