Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

人生で一番の思い出になりました
Pros:

いっぱいある。まず登山列車からすごく楽しめる。途中下車して、観光にもなる。そもそも途中下車せずに電車だけでもカメラが手放せない。ツェルマットの下にいるよりはるかにいい体験ができる。
ゴルナーグラート駅に着くなり、最高なロケーション。ホテルもかっこいい。もちろんここしかホテルはない。
みんな観光日帰りが多い中、時間を気にせず泊まって満喫できる喜びが止まらない。フロントスタッフもとても感じ良い。部屋がすでに空いていたおかげでチェックイン1.5時間前でも気持ちよく迎え入れてくれた。
下界で時間を潰さなくてよかった。
私はどうしても部屋からツェルマットが見たくて、空いていたのは1部屋だけ、（そもそも22部屋しかない）空いていて、4.5ヶ月前に予約した。
しかもそこはマッターホルンだけじゃなくて、モンテローザも見れるって書いてあって、ジュニアスイートの部屋だった。他の部屋も両方見れる部屋あるのかなと思ってた。両端に塔があってその間にいくつか部屋がある。2階と3階が部屋。1人滞在だから贅沢すぎると思ったけど、そこしか空いてなかったから。思い切った。したら、マッターホルンとモンテローザの間にある塔の方で、3階は部屋なのかわからないんだけど私が滞在する2階の方が窓が大きかった。つまり、反対側のツェルマットという部屋はモンテローザは見えない角度。私の部屋は180度（窓が4つ）ラウンドして繋がっており、全ての山が見える。バスルームからもモンテローザがはっきり目の前。バスルームのか大きな鏡で支度をしている時もドカンとモンテローザが丸映り。なんならシャワールームのガラスにも映る。そして大きな最高なベッドで写真の整理をしていれば目の前の窓から鋭いマッターホルン。
ずっと見てられる。
ゴープロを12時間タイムラプスで回した。
ディナーも美味しい。ワインも豊富。すぐにテラスのような場所に出れるから写真を撮ってる人も何人もいた。スタッフもかっこいいのと、フレンドリーに接してくれた。日本からの一人旅ということを知って、日本語で対応してくれたことも嬉しかった。何度も気にかけてくれた。
食べ終わって酔いを覚ましに外に出ると柵の外にアイベックスが群がっている。ミネラルを舐めに。とても優雅に感じた。夕焼けを見に隣の高台に行くと、360度パノラマ。ホテルもどんと鎮座していて、その全体感が泣けてくる。夕暮れを楽しみながら部屋に戻る。山の上とは思えないクオリティ。
24時、完全に暗くなってからまた、1人暗い中、再度高台に行き、星空を見てから寝た。
朝4時30分から今度は朝焼けだ。部屋で全部見れるからここだというタイミングで外に出て、朝焼けを体験する。マッターホルンが鎮座している。
そして朝食をお腹いっぱいに食べて、チェックアウト。後で特別な部屋だったことを知った。その部屋の名は「モンテローザ」！！

Great experience overall, lower your expectations of the accommodations.
Pros:

We loved the concept presented. The views were phenomenal, the food was amazing, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The overall condition of the rooms was not what we anticipated. They were a bit run down and tired for the price paid.

Gehört zu "once in a lifetime"
Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das Zimmer war riesig und der Blick auf das Matterhorn ist unbezahlbar. Es macht Spass, einfach nur auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und auf die Berge zu schauen

Cons:

Die Höhenlage ist herausfordernd. Man sollte sich unbedingt eine Nacht in Zermatt zum Akklimatisieren gönnen. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist nicht trinkbar. Man kann sich kleine Flaschen an der Rezeption geben lassen, das reicht aber gar nicht aus. Ausserdem ist die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt.

Najwspanialszy pobyt w górach jaki przeżyliśmy w całym życiu.
Pros:

Widoki zapierające dech w piersiach,bezpośredni dostęp/ 100 metrów do stoku po wyjęciu nart ze ski room ,fantastyczny personel, przez 8 dni naszego pobytu nie powtórzyło się ani razu menu na obiedzie/ kolacji ,
Szczególne podziękowania dla polskiego personelu: Gabrieli ,Piotra,Bartka.
Również kelnerzy z Czech i Rumuni byli bez zarzutu.
Dosłownie wszyscy dbali o nas abyśmy czuli się jak w domu.
Jeśli pan Bóg pozwoli przyjedziemy do Was jeszcze nie raz.
