Please note that Zermatt is car-free. Guests can only drive as far as Täsch and then reach Zermatt by train. The station of the Gornergrat Mountain Railway is right next to the train station.

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by railway. The last train leaves Zermatt at 18:00 (there is a later train in high season - please consult timetables).

The “Swiss Postcard“ is accepted as payment.

マッターホルンが部屋の窓から大きく感動‼️
Pros:

ホテルの裏の少し高い場所で、心待ちにしていたモルゲンロートを体験でき、感激しました。
また、モンテローザをはじめ360度の素晴らしい景観は宿泊者のみが恩恵を受けられるもので、改めてゴルナーグラードでの滞在に、欠かせないランドマークでした。

夕食内容は素晴らしかったのですが、朝食の際
スタッフの皆様がテラス席の準備に忙しく、残念でした。クロワッサンをはじめパンや、ベーコンが食べにくく、冷たいモーニングに💦

La vue depuis la chambre. Bonne literie.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir dîner sur la terrasse. Du coup nous étions sans cesse dérangés par l'ouverture de la porte donnant sur la terrasse pour voir le coucher de soleil. Le dîner était moyen avec un dessert miniature ! Les habits pas toujours très propre sur Certains serveurs. Un rapport qualité prix pas très approprié.

・お部屋が良かった！マッターホルンビューのお部屋。ありがとうございます。
・受付の女性の対応がとても良かったです。英語が聞き取れなかった話をゆっくりと説明してくれました。ありがとうございます。

・ディナーのコースが良くなかった。
テーブルにパンが無かった。
・ディナーの店員さんの、男性の態度が悪かった。適当で、残念。
いいホテル？って思ってたのに、残念でしょうがない。
対応を変えてほしいと感じたので、正直に書かせてもらいます。

Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Man sollte aber versuchen, ein Zimmer mit Blick Richtung Matterhorn zu bekommen. Bei uns war leider keines mehr frei, so dass wir es nicht direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen konnten.

マッターホルンの景色を独占出来ます♪
Pros:

日中は多くの訪問者で大混雑の展望台が鉄道の走らない18時以降と8:30前は滞在者だけで独占出来ます。
夕食と朝食は大きな窓からマッターホルンを眺めながらいただきました。
15時から翌日の11時までの滞在で雨→曇り→晴れと色々なマッターホルンが眺められます。
立地は最高です。
夕食と朝食も美味しかったです。
