Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here! We were welcomed by the lovely Khadija who was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, the staff were equally as friendly Amin, Abdelsamad and Sana. Location was great in the medina but on the edge of Fez El Bali.

Cons:

Nothing. It was lovely. Wish the pool was heated so we could enjoy it.

Cons:

small groups (must be very well to do clientele befitting the level of the riad) was quite noisy on day 2 of our stay. Anyway, they were having fun gathering so we accepted it.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the location

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable,and the music is loud.Previous clients had mentioned the same complaints, yet nothing happened. They need to send the hotel parking location as the one they have is confusing and difficult to reach the hotel.

Pros:

Le riad est très bien aménagé et décoré. Il se situe dans la médina, à proximité immédiate de la porte Boujloud. La chambre supérieure est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était frais. Vos demandes particulières sont toutes prises en compte.
Son plus grand atout reste le personnel. Qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit exceptionnel

Literie un peu trop ferme, selon moi.

Le style Riad traditionel est très joli. Le jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner est très bon, nous apprécions beaucoup . Les personnels sont très gentils. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Cons:

La chambre est mal isolée. Le matin nous sommes réveillés par les clients qui prenaient leur petit-déjeuner dans la cours au rez de chaussée, on entend les gens qui parlaient qui rigolaient... La douche dans la chambre de mes enfants ne fonctionnent pas bien, l'eau était froide.

Cons:

Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à réserver cet hôtel, notamment à cause de leur site internet qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Nous avons finalement réussi à passer par une autre plateforme, mais cela annonçait déjà une expérience peu fluide.

À notre arrivée, l’accueil a été plutôt moyen. Le personnel ne s’est pas montré particulièrement chaleureux ni amical, ce qui est toujours décevant après un long trajet. Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure à 3500 DHS la nuit, mais la chambre qui nous a été attribuée donnait sur un bâtiment abandonné, ce qui est loin des attentes pour ce type de prestation.

La salle de bain était visuellement très belle et moderne, mais malheureusement, une forte odeur d’égouts venait gâcher l’expérience. De plus, le miroir grossissant ne disposait pas d’éclairage LED, ce qui est un détail, mais qui compte dans ce standing.

Le petit déjeuner a été une vraie déception : choix limité et qualité médiocre. Nous avons d’ailleurs préféré prendre nos petits déjeuners à l’extérieur pour les deux nuits restantes. Concernant le dîner, l’expérience était plutôt moyenne dans l’ensemble, même si nous avons apprécié les desserts qui étaient réussis. Un point positif à souligner : le serveur était très gentil et serviable, ce qui a légèrement relevé le niveau du repas.

Nous tenons également à mentionner le monsieur qui s’est occupé de nos bagages le jour du check-out, qui a été très professionnel et aimable — un vrai contraste avec le reste du service.

En résumé, malgré quelques points positifs, l’expérience globale reste décevante, surtout compte tenu du prix payé. À Fès, il existe de nombreuses options, et à ce tarif, nous aurions clairement pu vivre une bien meilleure expérience. Nous ne pensons donc pas revenir.
