High quality facility, well situated by the Medina.
Pros:

Modern building in good condition, good air conditioning and internet throughout. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good access for car drop-off, and also on the edge of the Medina.

Cons:

Doesn’t serve alcohol, or allow you to consume your own except in your room.

Un petit coin de paradis a deux pas de la médina,
Pros:

Ambiance très agréable et personnels très attentionnés, la Piscine sur le toit est sympa. l'ensemble du séjour c'est bien passer dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner: Le buffet n'est servi que si il y a du monde ce qui n'est pas préciser sinon le service a table est copieux mais manque de variété pour des séjours de plusieurs jours .
Piscine : Pas de service prévus a la piscine
Fontaine a eau : Pompe trop bruyante

Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux, très beau riad. Propre, super piscine. Très bon emplacement.

Pros:

Muy buena atención. La cena con música en directo. Personal muy atento. Cama cómoda, habitación limpia.
Desayuno muy bueno, te hacen al momento lo que les pidas.

Cons:

Hay una parte que está en obras. La parte de la piscina de arriba da a una obra, pero no ha sido molesto.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here! We were welcomed by the lovely Khadija who was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, the staff were equally as friendly Amin, Abdelsamad and Sana. Location was great in the medina but on the edge of Fez El Bali.

Cons:

Nothing. It was lovely. Wish the pool was heated so we could enjoy it.

its pampering. Great room amenities

Cons:

small groups (must be very well to do clientele befitting the level of the riad) was quite noisy on day 2 of our stay. Anyway, they were having fun gathering so we accepted it.

If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you, as all rooms looks over the restaurant with some very loud cu

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the location

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable,and the music is loud.Previous clients had mentioned the same complaints, yet nothing happened. They need to send the hotel parking location as the one they have is confusing and difficult to reach the hotel.

Pros:

Le riad est très bien aménagé et décoré. Il se situe dans la médina, à proximité immédiate de la porte Boujloud. La chambre supérieure est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était frais. Vos demandes particulières sont toutes prises en compte.
Son plus grand atout reste le personnel. Qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit exceptionnel

Literie un peu trop ferme, selon moi.

Pros:

Le style Riad traditionel est très joli. Le jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner est très bon, nous apprécions beaucoup . Les personnels sont très gentils. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Cons:

La chambre est mal isolée. Le matin nous sommes réveillés par les clients qui prenaient leur petit-déjeuner dans la cours au rez de chaussée, on entend les gens qui parlaient qui rigolaient... La douche dans la chambre de mes enfants ne fonctionnent pas bien, l'eau était froide.
