مكان غير معيش للإقامة وتعامل سيء جداً

تعامل سيء وحقير من قبل منسوبي مكان الإقامة وهذا الشيء لايمثل إلا أنفسهم واتمنى من إدارة بوكينج التواصل معي فوراً للأهمية .

الاستقبال : تم الحضور عند الساعة الواحدة وخمسة وأربعون دقيقة ظهراً وانتظرنا لغاية الساعة الثالثة عصراً ، على الرغم من إخبارهم بوقت كافٍ بوصولنا من خلال التواصل عبر الواتساب قبل يومين من القدوم .
طلب نوع الغرفة : تم إخطار إدارة الفندق بإن تكون الغرفة المطلوبة في الطابق العلوي وبالزاوية واخبرونا بتوفرها من خلال التواصل عبر تطبيق بوكينج وان الغرفة عبارة عن جناح مطل على البركة . ولكن مع الآسف لم يتم الاستقبال بالشكل المطلوب من قبل موظف الاستقبال وكان كل شيء لايوجد إمكانية والغرفة حالياً غير نظيفة ولايمكن توفير غرفة في الوقت الحالي يمكنكم مغادرة الفندق في حالة عدم رضاكم ، بالرغم من دفع المبلغ لإدارة موقع بوكينج .
حاولنا جاهدين للحصول على غرفة مناسبة دون إعطائنا أي خيارات مناسبة تم الحجز ليلتين عن طريق بوكينج . كانت الغرفة جداً متسخة وغير نظيفة وليس مهيئة للإقامة .
صندوق الأمانات كان معطل . غلاية الماء بها التماس . شاور الحمام مكسور . رائحة المكان عفنة ووجود حفاظات أطفال.
بوفيه الأفطار : أكل بسيط جداً وليس متنوع ولايوجد خيارات جيدة لتناول الفطور . قائمة الفطور معلبات وبيض وخبز مع طماطم و خيار .
الهدوء والإزعاج : يوجد إزعاج إلى الصباح بسبب الجلوس في البارات من شباب ولايوجد احترام للنزلاء المقيمين مع أطفالهم وعائلاتهم .
لايوجد تعاون من قبل موظفي الفندق ، واذا طلبت شيء انتظره لليوم التالي بعد إلحاح كثير .
الكهرباء تنظفي عدة مرات في محل الإقامة ووجود حشرات في الغرف ونمل كثير ….
لاتوجد خدمة مثالية إطلاقاً ولا متابعة من الموظفين .
الإساءة في طلب الماء مع إنه من أقل حقوقًك كضيف حتى لو قارورة واحدة .
كذب و إفتراء على النزلاء وتعامل حقير من قبل الموظفين .
لن اكرر الزيارة مرة اخرى على الإطلاق ، كما نوجّه نصيحة لكم بعدم الإقامة فيه مادام هذه هو شعار التعامل مع النزلاء بهذه الطريقة .

I stayed at this hotel for just one night during a layover and honestly didn’t pay much attention to the hotel’s features when I booked it. In the end, I was absolutely delighted with my stay!

The room was incredibly spacious and would be perfect for both a solo traveler and a couple. The bathroom was comfortable, everything was spotless, and the entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant. The atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very welcoming.

A special thank you to the staff! I arrived around 5 p.m., and it was difficult to get to the beach at that time. One of the staff members kindly offered to drive me there in his own car, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. I really appreciated it.

I would also like to thank the SPA staff. Since I was staying for only one night, they kindly gave me a discount, which made me very happy. The SPA experience exceeded my expectations: the hammam, massage, face mask, and traditional wash were all wonderful. It was one of the highlights of my stay.

The beach is not within walking distance, but that’s not a problem because the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service during the day, taking guests to the beach and picking them up in the evening. If you need to return on your own, it’s also very easy to call a taxi from the beach even without internet or mobile service, and the ride costs around €4.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Even though I was there for only one night, I had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I would happily come back again.

An exceptional hotel with outstanding service, a wonderful pool, and amazing staff—I will definitely return.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The 24-hour customer service was outstanding, and the hotel manager was extremely professional, friendly, and respectful. The staff were always welcoming and happy to help. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options. The swimming pool was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for families with children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya.

Bon hôtel avant de prendre l’avion
Pros:

Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel car nous avions une voiture de location à rendre près de l'aéroport.
L'hôtel est récent avec une piscine.
Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Le réceptionniste était très professionnel.

Cons:

Par contre hormis des magasins de vêtements, de contrefaçon, il n'y a pas grand chose à voir dans le quartier. Nous souhaitions bénéficier de l'offre de service du SPA mais le persistement de la personne en charge de ne pas nous plus de détails notamment les prix avant que l'on arrive nous a découragé.

Good stay for couple of nights-2 maximum 3, to go to excursions
Pros:

Great location, good for that money.

Cons:

Kitchen utilities. If there is kitchen without anything- forks, plates or anything, then why there is kitchen.
