Overall okay. Dirty rooms not regularly cleaned, unhelpful staff at front desk and very limited breakfast
Rooms weren't regularly clean, no kitchen facilities although advertise, no laundry facilities i was told and staff weren't helpful. You have asked for things a lot to get it
Staff, location, facilities were all great! Good value for money and would definitely recommend. Very pleased with our stay. Rooms were lovely too with a balcony.
The breakfast could’ve had more variety and options as we found it was very repetitive each day and not much to choose from if you didn’t like the usual salads and cheeses.
One of the best price/quality suggestion! There was such a comfortable room with a great pool, spa and restaurant inside!
There were not enough dishes into the room. And I was not able to cook something. Only two glasses have been served…

В душе огромные клочья чёрных волос. Это ужасно. Балкон очень грязный. Ноги стали чёрными. В апартаментах нет никаких столовых приборов и ни одной тарелки. Детям не дали одеяло.

The outdoor pool is very nice, and the A/C in the room was able to quickly cool the room down. We appreciated the breakfast at the poolside restaurant which provided a peaceful start to each day.
The information about the beach access isn't clear. I would like to see more guidance about this issue. It didn't have a negative affect on our stay, but I didn't understand where the beach was.

Amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Mehmet — he was very kind, professional, and always solved any issues quickly and smoothly without any problems. He made our stay even more comfortable with his excellent service and positive attitude. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
The staff are very accommodating. The area was quite quiet and despite surrounding building work it does not effect your stay.
We had a power cut one night but that cannot be controlled but we wasn’t really informed about it.

We stayed there only for one night , it was a really good night and apartments are beautiful. During our stay they renovated the pool outside.
Rooms are huge!
And very very clean and modern.
Surroundings around hotel is not beautiful but we don't mind because we stayed only for a night before our big vacation.

Были недоразумения с заселением. Дали совершенно не тот номер, который я бронировала, он был меньше. Но в итоге (путем многочисленных споров) с ворчанием дали тот, что я заказывала. И он был пустым.
То есть если вы ожидаете иметь стол обеденный большой (как на фото), то его не будет. Не было посуды, бокалов, чашек. Совершенно ничего.
И снова оишь путем споров принесли две тарелки и даа стакана.
Скащали что раньше это были апартаменты, но теперь это отель и теперь нет ничего.
Очень странная история, потому что в лббом отеле предусмотрен хотя бы чайник и чашка. Но нам пришлось добиваться этого буквально с боем. Остался осадок, в последствии все вопросы были решены, ценой нервов.
Завтрак очень скудный.
