Pros:

Amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Mehmet — he was very kind, professional, and always solved any issues quickly and smoothly without any problems. He made our stay even more comfortable with his excellent service and positive attitude. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, and the location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The staff are very accommodating. The area was quite quiet and despite surrounding building work it does not effect your stay.

Cons:

We had a power cut one night but that cannot be controlled but we wasn’t really informed about it.

Расположение, просторный чистый номер, быстрый интернет, большой бассейн, сауна и хамам включены, вкусные завтраки. Было тихо, 2 кондиционера в номере, большой балкон с красивым видом на горы.

Great short stay
Pros:

We stayed there only for one night , it was a really good night and apartments are beautiful. During our stay they renovated the pool outside.

Rooms are huge!
And very very clean and modern.

Cons:

Surroundings around hotel is not beautiful but we don't mind because we stayed only for a night before our big vacation.
Price was amazing so I can't complain about anything

Нормально просто переночевать

Cons:

Были недоразумения с заселением. Дали совершенно не тот номер, который я бронировала, он был меньше. Но в итоге (путем многочисленных споров) с ворчанием дали тот, что я заказывала. И он был пустым.
То есть если вы ожидаете иметь стол обеденный большой (как на фото), то его не будет. Не было посуды, бокалов, чашек. Совершенно ничего.
И снова оишь путем споров принесли две тарелки и даа стакана.
Скащали что раньше это были апартаменты, но теперь это отель и теперь нет ничего.
Очень странная история, потому что в лббом отеле предусмотрен хотя бы чайник и чашка. Но нам пришлось добиваться этого буквально с боем. Остался осадок, в последствии все вопросы были решены, ценой нервов.
Завтрак очень скудный.

Cisza i spokój. Nie było tłoku. Smaczne śniadania i na ciepło i na zimno, pyszna herbata. Wystarczająca ilość leżaków nad basenem dla wszystkich hotelowych gości. Bardzo miła obsługa. Świetny masaż za dodatkową opłatą

Ogólnie hotel czysty ale z racji tego że w koło hotelu są budowy unosił się wszędzie kurz. Nie było codziennego sprzątania pokoi, nikt nie uzupełniał saszetek z kawą czy herbatą. Dojście do hotelu to tragedia, chodnik zarośnięty krzakami a zamiast ulicy kamienie. Mimo że w opisie hotelu jest podane że nieograniczony dostęp do spa to jest to tylko sauna, za wszystko inne dodatkowa opłata.

Zeer aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Het eten in het restaurant is echt aan te raden. Ruime, schone kamers met goed bed.

Cons:

Het water van de douche vond ik lauw ipv warm, maar dat is persoonlijk uiteraard.
