Tout était absolument parfait durant notre séjour. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, permettant d’accéder facilement aux principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients avec le sourire.

La chambre était impeccable, très propre, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Les équipements mis à disposition sont de grande qualité et contribuent à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons également apprécié l’attention portée aux détails et l’excellent niveau de service proposé par l’établissement.

Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour

Pros:

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. The hosts were genuinely some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting - so accommodating, helpful and warm. They really went above and beyond and put a smile on my face throughout the whole stay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean, comfortable and right in the heart of the souks - if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakech, this is the one. I'll definitely be back

Sve je bilo odlično. Mogu pohvaliti i vrlo ljubazno osoblje, posebno Anasa koji mi je čak otišao kupiti vodu jer je skladište navečer bilo zatvoreno.

Pros:

El personal excelente, siempre te ayuda. Muy contenta

Cons:

La terraza arriba de la habitación y arrastran mucho las sillas y hamacas. Baño super pequeño, y que cuando llegue no habían vaciado la canasta del baño y no lo vaciarán en 4 días.

Estuvimos alojados una noche mi mujer, mi hija pequeña y yo, y la verdad es que no podemos estar más contentos con la experiencia.
Viajábamos con una bebé y nos encontramos con la agradable sorpresa de que la cuna ya estaba preparada en la habitación cuando llegamos. Son detalles que parecen pequeños, pero que cuando viajas en familia se agradecen muchísimo.
Además, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está súper cerca de la plaza de Jemaa el-Fna,

Y si hay alguien que merece una mención especial es Hicham, Nos atendió con una amabilidad extraordinaria, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Da gusto encontrarse con personas tan cercanas y profesionales.
Nos hemos sentido muy bien tratados y, sin duda, si volvemos a Marrakech repetiremos. Un lugar muy recomendable, tanto por su ubicación como por el trato que hemos recibido.
