Pros:

Location relative to dongam station was great, there are also several convenience stores located very near. Easy access to main road as well. Staff were relatively helpful and we had easy access to early check in. Very easy to get back to Seoul.

Cons:

The room had some irregular strange noises that made it a bit difficult to sleep at times, but it was not common. There are also so unpleasant smells just outside, however these do not permeate the building so ultimately fine.

Pros:

Very clean room and hotel. Very comfortable, heated bed and aircon. Lights, aircon and tv all on the same remote. The place smells nice and the staff were friendly. Coffee machine and comfy bed. And very good price

Pros:

Dreadful bookings.com rate this hotel as 8 stars it’s not even worth 1 star. So I emailed them said I would like to stay at the property after my surgery please give me a quiet room, instead they gave me a room that all you could hear was like cans and tins being disposed all night and early morning. The toilet wasn’t working properly and I explained that to them as well as the noise and asked can I move they said no so then the toilet got clogged and there was moths insects everywhere they even leave you a insect spray killer to kill innocent flies that are there only because the place is musky mouldy and damp it was horrific to say the least, eventually I had to leave which disturbed my surgery and healing. I left most of my things there as I came to collect them following days I misplaced my hotel card. Instead of being understanding they said I stole a plastic door key which was 0 value and no use to me. Absolutely shocking I would never steal. Please do not stay at this hotel. For a few pounds more stay at grand bleu Incheon which is clean and a much nicer area close to beach.

Pros:

Ok til prisen. Tæt på metroen.

Cons:

Jeg bookede dette hotel fordi jeg troede det lå tæt på lufthavnen og at der var lufthavnstransfer. Det var der dog ikke, men de kunne hjælpe med at booke en taxa. Jeg valgte dog selv at bestille en Uber. Det tog 50 minutter at køre til lufthavnen.
