Good Base
Pros:

Decent sized rooms with comfortable beds and a decent sized bathroom. Big fridge with freezer, cooking top (I didn't use it), and cold ac. 7/11 next door, Lawson's and FamilyMart 2 blocks away. Nishikawaguchi station a minute away. McDonald's, KFC, grocery stores, izakayas, restaurants, bars, donki, etc. Staff was super friendly. Coin operated washing machine and dryer on the first floor

Work every penny
Pros:

Just an all-around very good hotel, very nice people, excellent stuff. have no complaints and facts when I'm coming back to Tokyo. I'll only stay here
